Decided to choose this location for my eye appointment as opposed to town, with it being closer and a bonus that I didn't have to pay anything for parking either. It's the first time I've visited this branch and the experience was great. The service was efficient and the staff were extremely friendly. It didn't take long for me to be seen and I was able to have plenty of time, to view the wide selection of glasses available. After I had decided on the glasses I liked the look of, a pleasant lady helped me with the details, size etc. The prices are very reasonable and the overall experience was great. I'd definitely recommend this branch.

Following concerns (and fears) after recent changes in my vision I phoned Oakwood Specsavers and they were so helpful, reassuring and professional. The optometrist even offered me an appointment during what should have been his lunch break so that I could be seen quickly. Nice store, very friendly staff, didn't have to wait too long both times I've been there. Also has free parking right in front of store. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because communication wasn't very good. Everytime they said they would call me back they didn't and I had to call them.

Went for an eye test and new glasses for the first time in years. Customer service was great, the optician answered all of my questions and I felt very supported when struggling to choose new glasses. 2 for 1 and NHS staff discount made it quite cheap too!

My first visit to your store and I can’t praise everyone highly enough. Wow, well in view of the Covid-19 situation I wasn't planning a trip to any opticians but needs must? They handle the current situation very well, I felt safe and all staff did everything they could to protect customers from the virus. The optician was still very thorough and helpful and when it came to picking frames for my glasses the staff were helpful and professional and didn't try to push products I didn't need or want on me so will be using this opticians again. I highly recommend them to anyone

Took my 89 yo father-in-law there initially for hearing-aid adjustment. Staff were really helpful with his mobility issues. While we were there we booked an eye test. Second visit was equally successful. Third visit was to collect new glasses again treated well. The biggest benefit of this local store is the free parking and its proximity to the shop. The parking is on the same level as the shop entrance which is great for older people with mobility issues.

Wow, wow, wow! I’ve always gone to the Intu Derby branch before visiting this store After breaking my only pair of glasses. The difference in service stood out a mile. The service was professional and amazingly thorough. The optician Pratish was amazing and is a credit to the store in my opinion!!! He explained so much to me and made me feel at ease. He explained my prescription and gave me such a detailed and thorough eye test. I feel my experience was worth every penny and I will now come to this store for the foreseeable.
