Very polite welcome from Debbie who was very well presented. The eye test was smooth, informative and fast but didn’t feel rushed. On payment Debbie asked if I worked with a computer for more than 4 hours a day, which I do. She explained thst I could be entitled to claim for the cost. Very nice personal touch. Fantastic 😊

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My only criticism would be that it is difficult to get a timely appointment and contact lenses and new glasses seem to take a long time to arrive......yet another constraint of covid.

Just had the loveliest experience visiting Vision Express on Sadler Gate. The team there are just so kind and thoughtful at the same time as being incredibly professional. I thought I'd be dreading getting glasses but I actually left feeling like I'd bought a lovely garment or piece of jewellery. In particular Andrea was a star at helping me pick a frame I probably wouldn't even have looked at and was so patient. Also have to mention Stephen who did my eye test and was also great. The whole team helped me pick the best frames in the end. So chuffed! Thanks from a very happy customer.
