Sarah is just lovely and such a professional, I struggled with a dry eye condition for many years; with Sarah's assessment and a tailored treatment plan it is now under control. Helen is so good assisting with the selection of frames, fitting and adjustments. Always with a smile. With stylish frames available and a boutique interior Bawtry Eye Academy is my Opticians of choice, I highly recommend their services.

As a family we have been coming to the Eye Academy for a number of years now. Sarah and Helen and the staff are so warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. You can take your time and have a cuppa while you attend your appointment. Even at the minute through this current pandemic they are professional with a warm welcome and friendly smile.

Fantastic service! I started firstly by taking my eldest son as they do the dyslexia colour test but after they were so helpful and child friendly I took my younger two for their routine checks. Fantasticly patient with children and wide range of glasses for both children and adults.
