I have used Vision Express Doncaster for about ten or twelve years and have always been happy with my eye care. I have always been well looked after and happy with my eye tests done by the lovely opticians employed there and also the ladies who work there especially Linda who has been there for many years and is very experienced. She gave me lots of advice and support. Thank you Linda.

At 1st we were dealing with Sarah who was very attentive and had time to help u decide which glasses suited you best. Unfortunately Sarah was busy after I had my eyes tested and was dealt with by a young lady who didn't even Introduce herself, couldn't be bothered to help me chose so i ended up just having lenses in my own frames . I did want some new sun glasses but didn't because the lady really wasn't interested at all. I did pre chose some sunglasses but was just given a rather high-price with no explanation as to why , The eye test I must say was exceptional 👌

Had a good experience at my recent eye appointment. The staff checking my eyes were lovely, explaining procedures as they went along. At my glasses choosing I had the lovely Sarah who was generous with her time, was very friendly and helped my choose my glasses.

This was the first time I had been to Vision Express. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the safe way they conducted my visit. Social distancing was adhered to and a limited number of people were in the shop at any one time. They were very helpful in helping me choose my glasses and as soon as I had decided which pair I wanted the other glasses I had tried on were anti bacterial wiped before putting back on the stands.The tests I had were explained really well beforehand and afterwards. I will definitely use Vision Express again

I went in to purchase some new glasses as mine were broken beyond repair when I had a fall. I dealt with Sarah Jones who was very friendly and efficient. She explained all the deals they had on including accidental damage. I purchased 2 pairs and the insurance. I was extremely happy with the service she gave.

Although I think contact lenses should be cheaper or discounted to the blue light card I had an amazing experience, second ever eye test but first with vision express and literally every member of staff from the front to the back was outstanding, took the time to explain everything and so friendly, would highly recommend and will be sticking with them from now untill I cant see a thing 🤣

I visit Doncaster to meet my family and visited Vision Express to look at their range of frames. I found some fabulous frames six months ago and bought them, and have just found another pair. Their range is far more extensive than my local optician and Linda was very helpful.

Found the store to be clean and covid secure. Only went in to look at frames but ended up ordering both sun glasses and distance glasses. The young lady was very friendly but professional and explained the difference between lenses and helped in my choice of frame. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience

After discussing my options with Lauren, i went on to try new glasses on and finally choosing some. Lauren was so patient and professional, i felt at ease. I will ďefinitely be back. Amazing experience, I'd been previous week with my wife who also had Great service and whilst there decided on a New Pair of Oakley Sunglases, I did have to book for my eye test on Wednesday but no trouble and all well communicated ,all staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Chose VE to get my wife's new specs for convenience (less distance for her to walk). Very dissapointed to find that their pricing system is not as transparent as one would like. Price suddenly jumped by £80 mid transaction because one particular supplier couldn't fulfill lens thinning operation. When we complained, this extra charge was dropped by the superviser. Left us with a very uneasy feeling regarding charges.

First of all the staff are very helpful and very friendly they made me feel at ease i would like to add you could do with either a booster seat or something to help people who have scoliosis or other disability because i was having trouble having my eyes measured i was having to hold myself best i could but overall i was happy with the eye sight test and got some new specs and love coming its not as busy as others and i don't feel overwhelmed when i come for an eye sight test 10/10 from me.

Very expensive experience! The staff are lovely, attentive and kind but the charges are confusing with Goods charge and huge dispensing service on top of the price of the frames. These charges are not explained.
