Had my first experience with this branch today with my 4 year old daughter. The staff were absolutely fantastic with her from start to finish. They were so friendly and excellent with children, what a difference compared to our previous opticians appointment. We will definitely be staying with this branch and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Pleasant helpful staff. Modern up to date facilities for Specsavers... including 3D scanning technology for advanced eye checks, especially useful for customers with Diabetes or Glaucoma family history, providing a potential 4yr advanced detection of issues.

As my previous complaint was saying how unhappy I was with my new glasses and the way they were just handed out without really checking they fitted properly. I got a telephone call from a lady called Natalie to see if she could help me she arranged for me to go back down to the shop that afternoon to see if she could sort out my problem. Natalie took great time and patience to sort out my glasses as she could see as soon as I walked into the shop that they were not fitting properly. So just a big thank you to her for sorting out my problem and I am now delighted with my new glasses. Thank you Natalie. Robin Cook

I was here this morning getting my hearing tested what a pleasant experience from the minute you walked into the shop a first class service, guided to the seating area,As soon as I was called into the room for my test the chair I was sitting was sterilised for next customer.and the professionalism the way he explained the procedure was fantastic. My mum had purchased glasses from another optometrist earlier this year. Unfortunately the other day her lens fell out due to a missing screw. I called Specsavers to ask how much they'd charge to repair them & I spoke to a very nice lady who said they'd do it for free. I popped into the shop this afternoon & spoke to a very polite young man who told me to take a seat & he'd get it done. Very impressed with the customer service. My mum intends using you from now on. I just popped in to get my favorite glasses fixed. I was proptly greeted with genuine enthusiasm and the service that followed--in keeping--was professional and efficient. I honestly didn't think anyone could mend those specs... what delight when they had them good as new in 15 minutes or less. I was served by Kirsty--not a hundred percent sure if she also mended them? The selection of frames has something for the professor, housewife or movie star. I fall into all three categories so I'm golden! I will--for sure--be coming back here as soon as I need new glasses.

First visit to this new venue, laid out well with one way system, plenty sanitary station, nice welcome invited to take a seat, till first part of test room was wiped down from previous client, with intal checks done another wait till optician cleared and wiped down from previous, yes Clair was Realy excellent with a bit of banter, when over her findxbplaining what she was looking for as type 2 diabetic, taken to a third person for selection of large choice, sorry didn't pick up names of 1st contact and the guy that helped sot out frames due to masks,
