Had to visit the store for an emergency consultation, staff were extremely helpful and provided an exceptional service, they explained everything as we went through the various stages. They took very good care of me and I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family. I'll be going back to get a pair of house glasses 🤓

Busy shop so would recommend booking an appointment. Friendly staff and very helpful. They have a vast selection of frames from £49 upwards including designer. Give yourself at least an hour when booking an appointment tho!

Went here after being losing vision in my left eye. They made an emergency appointment for me as soon as they can and Kirsty and the rest of the team identified the problem and had me in hospital within hours. Even after several hospital appointments, including several surgical procedures, Kirsty has kindly followed my case, and calls me regularly just to see how I am and to make sure I’m doing ok. Absolutely fantastic treatment from the time I stepped through the door through to my recovery after surgery. Would thoroughly recommend them to everyone!!

I've been to their branch twice recently and their customer care is exemplary particularly given the obvious health and safety restrictions in place. My granddaughter was having her eye test - staff were really kind to her as she was nervous! Given plenty of time to choose a pair of glasses from 5 - at 10 yrs old - it's such a huge decision! The actual eye test was conducted by a lovely professional who put my granddaughter at ease with her chat & gentle care.

Thanks Specsavers Dunfermline, making it as easy as possible for my 7yr old, who is autistic, and finds any doctors, dentist, clinic a completely traumatic ordeal. They made him relaxed took their time, and we ended up with him completing an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. We managed to choose glasses and have them fitted with no meltdowns. (Over 2 visits). Home now with his specs, he is over the moon with them. Thankyou Henna, Heather and Stuart.
