Both my mum and me had our eyes tested, she is in a wheel chair very frail and very hard of hearing they were absolutely fabulous with her and me of course. It was pleasure and the store is great with a fantastic selection of designer frames, with no pressure selling we took our time and even went back another day to select mums new frames. Lens for mine were fitted in a couple of days and they are great. Professional helpful and great value! Will go back again and highly recommend.

Would recommend Retrospex in a heartbeat. Unbelievably quick service, lovely staff and I was spoilt for choice with trendy retro frames within a reasonable range of prices. I don't usually write reviews but this opticians deserves it. I have previously gone to Specsavers and Tesco but will not be returning to either after I've seen the amazing service you get when you shop a bit more independent!
