I have been going to 2020 for several years and they are all fantastic. My husband and I see Veda (who is amazing) for our regular eye checks and on our most recent visit last weekend we also bought new glasses for my husband. Thankfully Daniel was working and he was brilliant and made the whole process of buying new glasses so much easier than we anticipated. He has great taste in styles, gave us lots of advice and choices and we had purchased within 30 mins. Super excited to collect them next weekend. Thank you Daniel!! 😊

Came here a few months ago and the staff went above and beyond, amazing customer service. It was my first time going here and will be my new go to! Thank you so much for all your help, a really lovely gentleman helped me (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!) but I appreciate it so much! Definitely go here if youre wanting advice/ new pie of glasses! Very well priced too!

Some time ago (I think on the 25/02/2022) I visited this place. Laura was very nice as I wanted to buy a cleaning cloth for my sunglasses and got one for free! People there seem really nice, I do recommend them. - Adrian

I was on vacation from NY and the nose pads on my glasses fell off. I stopped in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday. They could not have been friendlier. The 2 women at the front desk were super nice. A gentleman fixed my glasses and did not charge me. My phone was at 5% and I asked to charge. The kind woman behind the desk went downstairs to get an iPhone charger to help me. If this is how they treat a visitor from out of town who will never buy a pair of glasses I can’t imagine how wonderful they must treat their customers. Thank you all. You really helped me out .

I'm always pleased with the service and product quality here. They have an excellent selection of frames, with an especially wide range of unisex frames. I've used 20 20 on Queen St for my past couple of prescription specs, and the team really take time with customers to ensure a good fit. The hardest part is probably choosing which frames you like most! 🤓

My Gp recommended an eye test and I was amazed to be given a cancellation immediately at 2020 Queen Street, Edinburgh. I was lucky enough to be seen by Raj Dhillon. He was fantastic!!! Extremely knowledgable, calming and kind. He has a real gift of putting you at ease and explaining clearly the steps required to fix the issues. He is the best health care professional I have seen in years. I felt so bad two weeks ago and now I'm fine. Brilliant!!!

I would like to shout out Glen, one of your shop assistants at the Queen Street branch for exceptional customer service - Glen went above and beyond when we experienced some slightly disappointing service from his colleagues. He confirmed that we were right regarding our concern that the frames we had been sold were in fact not suitable and because my son was going back to school after half term and needed glasses, allowed him to choose an additional pair from the store and had them made up for him in 30 minutes. When the correct frames in the original style arrived, called me to let me know and was on hand when we revisited to complete the transaction. Thanks Glen, you turned around 100% my impression of this shopping experience and gained a 5* review.

The lens went one way and who knows where the little screw went, We were leaving in the morning and I was driving I was lucky that 20 20 was close by. I came into 2020 as my current optician didn't have a great selection of frames. I was helped out first by David who helped me find the style and colour that would suit best, and ordered in extras for me to try. I came back to try them on, and being fussy I changed my mind. Irene was amazing and somehow knew exactly what I was after and I found my perfect pair. They gave me a great deal as I was buying two pairs and I'm so pleased with my new specs! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great range and friendly efficient service.
