B. C.I absolutely love this place. I've moved to Fife but I still come here for any issues with my glasses. They are wonderful and so attentive. Everytime I go I feel like I'm getting the VIP service. Kate that works there is phenomenal. So amazing at helping me pick glasses and always so kind and patient with me. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. The team is just brilliant!

A. H.Fantastic service delivered today by the team in Lothian Road. Having procrastinated somewhat in booking a follow-up eye test pre - lockdown, I succeeded in breaking both pairs of glasses over the past 2 weeks! Kate and her colleague could not have been more helpful today both on the phone and in store. Within 30 minutes I walked away with a repaired pair of glasses cobbled together with spare parts they had in store.
Thanks so much ladies. Stay safe and I will see you after lockdown for that long over due appointment.
A. W.A very thorough eye test carried out by Tara. All elements of the test were explained clearly as were the results. Equipment used is up- to- the - minute and of importance for general health care. Care of the patient was obvious throughout all tests.
My experience was positive in every way.
