If it were possible for me to post a 10-star review, I would. I arrived in Edinburgh from the US, with new glasses I'd recently purchased in the states. The nose pieces were made of hard plastic and were leaving dark indents on my nose. Shirley at McGrath's not only came to the rescue with soft replacement pads (which I was unable to find at home) but took her time and effort to put them on my glasses and assure the fit was perfect. She even gave me a few extras for down the road. In today's environment of somewhat apathetic and disinterested, Shirley went above and beyond the call of "customer service". The world needs more people like Shirley and McGrath's is fortunate to have her.
