Great all care centre. I went to this centre for my daughter's dietitian appointment. All went through very easily.

Reception and staff are polite and helpful. Kids took vaccine in this centre… explained clearly and make the kids more comfortable… Explained the process and give clear view about vaccine…

Cycles not allowed inside and I wouldn't like to leave mine outside - don't go by bike Also car parking is atrocious, pavement parking, blocking ramps etc.

Sat in the car, while my other half was getting her covid booster. She stated, that she got attended to very quickly, at her booked appointment. An important note: When sitting in the car, I saw a driver leaving the car park, ignoring the road sign and "turning right" onto a duel carriageway. So anyone visiting should be careful.

It was empty when I went for my COVID test I need it to get an x-ray. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In and out within six minutes. I don't have any complaints.

Excellent local health care centre... Very new, bright, spacious...and all staff very kind, pleasant and respectful.i wish I could have all my many health issues seen to in this place ... From me, this is the highest of praise... My mix of rare health issues takes me , mainly, to demoralising and inconvenient & alternative locations which often leave me feeling insulted and demoralised ( and most certainly not helped!!) ... so I am VERY happy to give praise to this one all-care centre.

FIVE STARS to the podiatry department. Took great care of my runner's knee problems, 2 months of very friendly consultation and strengthening exercise regimes and now I am able to do 3 runs per week without any knee pain. This has been a life-changing experience for me as I can spend more time outdoors, I cannot thank you enough.

We visited the Occupational Therapist Team at Pennywell. The OT team was fantastic. We met with Siona who was absolutely lovely. My son underwent an assessment based on Movement ABCs, which is how the OTs assess gross and fine motor development. This involved him throwing a beanbag on a target, colouring in pictures, tracing along lines, balancing threading beads etc. He found it really entertaining because Siona made it a lot of fun. The building itself is impressive and facilities are modern (purpose built) and very clean. There is dedicated parking available, and free on street parking next to the building, as well as a bus stop just outside the facility. The toilets are excellent and there is a baby change facility.

Went for a frozen shoulder, staff was caring and professional in a safe environment. Before I went to the appointment I was asked many questions with regards to covid, as I have Long Term Covid, staff had to make sure it was safe for everyone for me to attend and get the help and support needed. Thank You 😊

Bright open space, some old items from the local area on display which is nice. Generally speaking it's quite nice but a bit of a pain having to check in my details at the front desk then again at the department I'm going to. Would be easier if this could be communicated from front desk or just be able to go to the department that I have an appointment with.

The new building is absolutely beautiful! The area has been redeveloped exceedingly well. Reception staff are friendly. Facilities there for all aspects of health. Toilets are extremely new and thoroughly clean and well-maintained.

Rebecca, a midwife at Pennywell, was one of the best things to happen to us in our son’s early life. She was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and reassured us so much when we were trying to get used to parenthood. She was a wonderful resource and we will be forever grateful to her.
