I have been going to Specsavers in Leith for years. Always been really happy with their service and the staff have been helpful. This time I had issues with the varifocals lenses as they differed to my last type of lens, which had been discontinued. Despite that, they were able to track down the original brand of lens and replace them. Absolutely delighted! Thank you!

Great team! Very helpful and try to save you a little money with finding similar versions to your previous frames. It's lovely for Leith residences to not trek so far for glasses, esp the elderly. I used to attend this store with my Nana when I was younger and I'm glad I made it my store of choice also.

I keep going back to this shop even after moving a bit further away because that is how at ease I am there. The staff is kind of and supportive, and the space is very accessible. I really appreciate how all the opticians are both efficient but also take the time to explain what they are doing. All Covid rules are also in place and it felt safe and clean!

First time visiting the store, eye test and additional bits took longer than expected however a comprehensive and reassuring eye test and scan - I have been working from home the last year and intense use of 3 computer screens. I had a work meeting so couldn't stay longer for the glasses through my corporate work scheme to be processed but the wonderful Mari has helped massively with this offline. Went here for years,good prices,people polite and friendly. Different optician last time,said I needed reading glasses. I accepted this as they are the professionals. Took them back and had to get them changed to my normal distance glasses as I could actually read better without them.

I have just called this morning in case they have got a spare pair of contact lenses cos I am going on holidays.Recently I had to use the contacts of the next month as the current one were painful and I could not see. I explained to David my situation and he was a superstar! He called all the Specsavers around Edinburgh checking for a spare pair of contacts for me.
