D. J.Despite working with low number of staff and with appointments and on spec customers waiting we were attended to in a friendly and welcoming manner. Staff checked what we were in store for and gave us space to browse and checked in with us as we went. We were served in a friendly and professional manner at all times including when our order was processed very efficiently. Also gave helpful advice on choices etc.

Have established very efficient systems regarding safety for customers and themselves concerning the recent pandemic. Everything wiped down and/or taken for cleaning after your visit.
There's a wide variety of glasses to choose from, fashion and costs both catered for adequately.
Have used them for quite a few years, there are other companies closer to me but it's worth driving the extra miles to get a decent service.
k. w.Even though they were short staffed due to illness, I received a warm welecome, the staff were courteous and helpful, and for me personally it was a very good experience. Tash and Ross were on the shop floor and doing their best to deal with all aspects of customer care, and Sam the optometrist made me feel at ease when doing my eye test, and was very informative at each stage, telling me the results and any changes since my last test. They were also helpful and honest when i was in the process of choosing and trying on new frames. Thanks to all three of you for a great experience.

Always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Thorough is not a good enough word to cover everything and all the procedures that were carried out during my appointment. Even picking my frames was so much better as I was given honest opinions which I feel is important just now when you have to attend your appointment alone. I will definitely make Vision Express my opticians from now on.

Staff all wore masks, gloves and were professional and very friendly and helpful.
Eye examination done at a safe distance. Free to look at specs. Box provided to put specs in to get cleaned that I touched.
I purchased specs. Paid for them. They even adjusted my current glasses.
Look forward to my new Gucci’s getting delivered by DPD.

j.Today was my first visit with Vision Express i was greeted by a fine fellow buy the name of Grant he was very helpfull Pleasent and Absolutly spot on with every ansewer to every question in fact i would call him an Expert if anybody needs any advice you gotta ask him folks he was awesome. The optician was called Sarah and like Grant she was also spot on and carefully explained what she was doing and told me what i needed for such a young lady in fact compared to all the opricians i have used these years iv,e needed glasses she has been far and above any one else Thanks once again Grant and Sarah
