Warm welcome from Cameron followed by a thorough eye examination with Gregor. I was kept informed through each stage of the test and then sat down with Cameron again to review the best options for my prescription. No pushy selling, just helpful guidance. Was also helped when trying to decide (alone) on the best frames. A really positive experience, and I'll be a returning customer as a result. Thanks Gents 👍

The staff are so nice, welcoming and patient. They're also not afraid to give suggestions and opinions. They've helped me pick out my glasses which helped me, a lot. So much that I was close to tears when I went outside and put them on to view the world differently than ever. And the glasses look good on me, which they also helped me pick

Hi, In this day and age where where it seems one is more likely to receive a complaint rather than a word of praise I thought you should be aware of the quality of customer service I received at Vision Express, Ocean Terminal, Leith, Edinburgh. I recently returned to use this branch after trying out other opticians and was attended to by Cameron Frost. I prefer a certain brand of spectacles and asked Cameron about the product, the availability, the delivery times and costs and I must report that his service, knowledge and friendly manner was exceptional. This is the level of service others should aspire to and with people like Cameron at the helm I’m sure Vision Express, Leith can only go from strength to strength. A well done to Cameron. The lady who saw me & my partner was very helpful & friendly, it was very helpful that she explained the process for trying on frames at the moment & was very good at adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines. Cameron was first to welcome me into the store. He is always a joy to deal with and has great taste and a great eye for the frames that will suit me. I always feel vulnerable with glasses on but everytine I visit he makes it easy for me. He is the reason I keep returning to your store. Sarah make the actual eye exam fly past and is always the first to give you encouragement and keep you right. She is always happy to answer any of my questions too. Vision Express are lucky to employ such wonderful staff.

Service from staff 5 stars as always in this store. However its ridiculous that an existing prescription cannot be made and sent (single) replacement lens without having to take frames to the shop from them to be sent to factory and lens inserted. I could do that without the unnecessary trip to store. Also why is prescription not kept on my account?

Always come back to this store, completely due to the staff. Sarah has looked after my eye tests since regaining my sight, Ross looks after the glasses side and always picks the perfect frames. He was assisted by Cameron this time, first time meeting him and he did a great job of my eye health tests and getting me set up with lenses for the frames. Can’t recommend this store highly enough, the staff are kind, attentive and so helpful.

Absolutely top service from the staff. All of them very attentive and professional. However they charge an overprice to glaze your own frame (£ 69) which I find very high considering I did not find anything I liked in between the stock they had. I've got offered a 20% discount which is appreciated. Overall satisfactory, I still recommend the shop.

Excellent service and great pre and post test care at the Ocean Terminal store. Have upped their game with their own brand frames and also stock a lovely range of designer and sunglasses. More expensive than some other big chains,, but quite often have good deals, like second pair half price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent customer service at the ocean terminal branch. Firstly the opticion spotted I had a catarax on my right eye at the young age of 51. She then urgently reffered me to the eye hospital and I had my operation in May. This was completely missed by 20/20 3 months previously. They then replaced the lenses that I had paid for in January that were no use now my eye was fixed for free! The young acting manager was superb in helping with this . You now have my loyalty as a customer moving forward. Well done! I can see again 👍😁

Excellent service here by optician Sarah . I had painful swollen eyes which lasted over 3 weeks. After seeking help from two doctors the condition around my eyes did not clear up. one appointment with Sarah, she explained my skin concerns around my eyes and advised me on the appropriate treatment to use from the opticians. After 2 days and evenings of using the products, the pain and itchiness around my eyes had significantly improved. This honestly felt like a miracle since I had already been seen by 2 doctors and nothing helped. Thank you Sarah !
