K. V.An excellent experience. I walked in with a broken lens and it was repaired within minutes. The kind lady who fixed it didn't even ask for money and when I offered it to her she said it's free of charge which proves that she cares more about helping others than money! A truly wonderful trait to have. I would recommend this place to anybody!
K. C.I booked an eye test here recently, on the recommendation of a friend.I only wish I’d registered here years ago. Lisa couldn’t have been more welcoming when I initially went in to make the appointment, and was just as friendly when I returned. The optometrist I saw, Khalil, was very patient and kind. He explained lots of things to me better than my own doctors and specialists have. He is also the first optometrist I’ve ever visited who said I could take a break at any point during the examination. This is important to a lot of people and I’ve already recommended i2i Finnieston to someone I know who finds it frightening to go to the optician, as I am confident they will be in great hands there. I recommend everyone go here next time they need an eye test because you won’t find kinder and more knowledgeable people than Lisa and Khalil.
