I changed to Murray’s opticians a few years back and do not regret my decision. The team go over and above to help always. Samantha has helped me find the perfect glasses to suit me on several occasions. Would highly recommend.

Reception was efficient and pleasant. I was slightly early, but waiting time was minimal. Sight tests were carried out efficiently, minor issues identified and explained, and prescription provided. The selection process for new frames was dealt with in a helpful manner. All in all, a very positive experience.

My whole family use Murray's, everyone of the optometrist are fabulous and brilliant with kids, Alan has been our go to for years. With him reducing hours we now have the new boss ( sorry can't remember name, I shall find out :) he is brilliant. Lovely man.

Hi great practice, they took really good care for my dad who is in his late 70’s with mobility problems. They went out of there way to help him and accommodate him when he was struggling. Really great patient-centred practice. Good selection of frames. My dad chose a pair of nice armani frames (which were very reasonably priced). He’s happy he pair and getting his freedom back. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!-10/10

Warm welcome, very efficient operation.

Very professional local Opticians. First eye check in a very very long time so had no idea about what to expect. The team as a whole were courteous & helpful and the Optician gave my eyes a very thorough examination, checking both my vision and eye health. Appreciated their efficiency and the fact they didn't try and push glasses on me when i don't need them. Would thoroughly recommend over one of the chains any day. Thank you!

Mr Murray was quickly able to identify a mistake (made by a different company) with my prescription that was severely impacting my vision. The whole team are amazing but Lee-Anne really took the time to help me retrieve a refund from the company who made the error as well as helping me to choose the right frame for my face. I can't thank you all enough for an exemplary service which I would highly recommend.

The customer service is outstanding from the 2 ladies at the front with there plesant chat and helpfulness. My optician Sohaib is very cheery and is very pleasant. I would highly recommend attending the Murray Opticians in Drumchapel as they make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. All members of staff follow the social distance guidelines and make sure you feel safe under the circunstances. Making an appointment is very easy this can be done through the website or via the phone.
