J. L.My 92 year old dad went to optical direct because he couldn't see The optitian referred him (after a 2 hour appt) to QEUH but we heard nothing for 2 months. When I phoned the shop Angela took on his case and worked tirelessly phoning texting and e mailing and generally making a nuisance of herself with the opthalmology dept. Can't thank her enough and Elizabeth because he was referred on to the Victoria Infirmary where he was given laser surgery in the outpatient dept today ..a 20 minute procedure in outpatients .he walked out into my brother's arms saying ' I can see I can see '...What a miracle♥♥♥♥♥ all brought about by 2 very tenatious optical Express employees well done you two a credit to your company and to being human grateful thanx
