It was the day of Saturday 1st September when I was greeted by two lovely human beings, Chelsea and Fiona. From my first footstep into the store, they were warming, friendly and made a few nice comments towards my appearance which was really refreshing. After the lovely Megan had done my eye test I then proceeded to the counter. Chelsea and Fiona engaged with me and started talking me through my options for lenses, being very thorough and helpful. I felt taken care of and they genuinely were very pleasant. In my opinion they need a few pats on the back. Well done. Regards.

visit today to bearsden branch.social distancing obeyed and i was greeted in a friendly and informative matter on both procedures i would be going through and expected time frame.my practioner was katie who took me through the entire process keeping me advised as to what she was doing and the various outcomes i could choose.i received all test results by e mail within an hour of leaving the store.very efficient and well mannered friendly staff and i was glad i chose optical express.thank you katie .

As a visitor to Bearsden, I was horrified when I discovered both pairs of my prescription glasses had been damaged and I could not use them.I visited Optical Express in Bearsden. I was thrilled when Jamie offered to fix them, if he couldn't he would send them to the lab, get them back as soon as possible. I was walking past about 20 minutes later when he contacted me and informed me that they where fixed at no cost. Jamie was incrediabley professional and helpful, I would highly recommend OE Bearsden to anyone.In fact I have never been in OE before and was amazed at the variety of styles available. I will be back. Thank you

All staff members of Optical Express Bearsden are immensely professional in looking after your best interests. Mr. Sharda helped me realise it was best to invest in laser eye surgery and that it was the right age (21) for me to get one. 6 months later, (last month) I got my laser eye surgery and I could not be happier. The process of the surgery was seamless and no pain was endured. However, there is slight uncomfort post surgery (Grittyness lasts up to 4 hours). I would like to thank Mr. Sharda for being true to his job and instead of buying a new pair of glasses, he suggested to get laser!! Thank you all at Optical Expresss Bearsden.

I have been a customer for the last four years and have always received excellent service. The team, including branch manager Jamie, have looked after all our family's eye care to a very high standard. It's so handy having a local store to pop into - picking up glases/spare contact lenses and arranging regular eye appointments. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I cannot reccommend them highly enough.
