I felt there was a nice vibe in the Blantyre branch & was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I would like to mention Ashleigh, the assistant that I dealt with from the outset. Ashleigh is such a lovely girl, very bubbly & took me through the process from start to finish. She spent a lot of time with me helping me choose both pairs of new varifocals & explaining in detail everything I needed to know as I'd never had varifocals before. Ashleigh is definitely an asset to Optical Express & because of the service I received I would definitely visit the Blantyre branch again & recommend to friends & family. 💟

Ashley was very efficient & professional , i went in to have my glasses repaired and she let me know beforehand what the process would be. Ashley is a credit to the business and is always a breath of fresh air to deal with

From walking in the door to walking out the staff made me feel very welcome. They were friendly and helpful and what I liked most was that they honestly gave me their opinion when I was trying glasses on. They helped me find the ones that suited me best with patience, even though I must have tried on about 30 pairs. Eye test itself was quick yet thorough and I felt satisfied with the outcome. All in all a very positive experience.

Took my daughters here for an eye test and was greeted by Ashley & store manager David who were very welcoming and friendly. Ashley helped my girls choose the frames for them and was nothing short of professional as she took all their demands in her stride. Left with 2 very happy girls , customer service was second to none and my girls had great fun during their experience here. Wouldnt go elsewhere!

Cant recommend Optical express enough and that is thanks to Ashley and David. I had to get a repair done for my glasses and popped into optical Express and I was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful aswell as david and I managed to get my glasses fixed. I will now be transferring over from my own opticians to here as the service I received was fantastic and very professional.

visited the store recently to get new glasses for my husband based on a pre-existing condition. The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable on the available frames, what would suit my husband and also what offers were available. Delivery of the glasses was also very quick.
