Every single review of Pinder Eyecare has 5 stars. That has to tell you something. I normally go somewhere else but decided to try them. I am so glad I did. As everyone says I came out knowing exactly what glasses I needed and about the health of my eyes. Not just rushed through and out. Then to the selection of glasses. The price range is incredible. Beautiful affordable glasses with lenses included right through to a boutique collection. Something for everyone. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable and phoned when they said they would. I know this is a long review but credit where it is due. This is indeed a 5 star experience from start to finish. Don't go anywhere else.

Superb experience from start to finish. I called enquiring about the Microsuction Ear Wax removal due to having a blocked left ear. I was told they had a spot available that same day!! Karen completed the procedure, she was friendly, kind and very professional throughout. Explained everything in detail to me and within 5 minutes I could hear perfectly again. A very delicate and painless procedure. Highly recommended, thanks again.

Can’t recommend the team at Pinder enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Carly was thorough during my eye test and explained everything really well. I made the appointment to get my eyes tested and to find out about trying contact lenses - Carly talked me through my options and was patient and reassuring when it came to me practising putting lenses in and taking them out. This was something I was worried about! I also needed new glasses and the girls were so helpful helping me choose frames to suit. Friendly, helpful, honest service from the whole team. Thank you!

I called in at 5:30pm as they were already about to close with a very sore eye that was only getting worse and causing me alot of discomfort. The staff were so friendly and helpful and insisted that I didn't go away without having a check up even though this meant them staying late. I couldnt be more appreciative of the empathy, compassion and understanding they showed me. I will most definitely be back and i would highly recommend Pinder to anyone for the phenomenal service and going above and beyond when they could have simply said they didn't have any open appointments and for me to go to A&E (which was what I was told by 3 other reputable opticians in the same area who weren't actually closed yet). The optometrist Carly even booked an appointment for me with the hospital, gave me eye drops to settle the irritation and even looked up the train times to get there for my appointment time. I've never seen such excellent customer service before and they really couldn't have done a better job or made me feel more welcome or comfortable

Pinder opticians is a very trustworthy friendly opticians with excellent customer service. They make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you step foot in the door. They have very fair prices for mixed variety of frames and also offer a price match service. I have been going to Pinders since I was young and I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else. If you're looking for a very fast reliable friendly service and want to feel comfortable and welcome, then Pinders is the opticians to be! 10/10 for everything.
