S. K.I HAD A RECENT VISIT TO THE OPTICIANS AND HAD MY EYES TESTED AND THE DEPTH OF DETAIL WAS EXCELLENT THE GIRL EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
BUT BUT I HAVE TO SAY WHAT MADE THE EXPERIENCE MORE PLEASANT WAS VICKY SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT GREETED WITH A SMILE AND SHE WAS SO PATIENT. I STRUGGLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH DYE TO LOSING MY HUSBAND AND I WAS FEELING LOW THAT PARTICULAR DAY, MY HEAD WAS NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND VICKY HAD A CONVERSATION WITH ME AND SHE WAS VERY PATIENT WHEN IT CAME TO CHOOSING MY GLASSES. SHE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND LIVELY THAT I FELT COMPELLED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. GOOD PEOPLE ARE HARD TO COM3 BY SO THANK YOU VICKY YOU MADE MY DAY MORE PLEASANT AND I LEFT WITH A SMILE
V. W.I have recently got new glasses from Russell’s. I had not been to optician for a while due to ill health. My examination given by Natalie was amazing she explained every little detail as I have very early stage cataracts. Vicky who helped me chose my glasses was so friendly and helpful. I just wish I needed glasses more often it was a lovely experience. Excellent customer service.
