My varifocals are a perfect fit and have needed no adjustments whatsoever. They were from the Petite range to suit my face, very lightweight and comfortable to wear.

I broke my glasses yesterday morning (10/06/2022), and had to request for an emergency replacement. They managed to replace my glasses in the space of an hour for free, along with my paid prescription. Definitely recommend.

I telephoned the store yesterday but hung up after 5 or 6 rings as my query was not that important.A member of staff called me back a short time later and answered my query,telling me to call in at the store.I went down 30 mins later,was seen right away and my glasses were fixed.I also got my other glasses tightened.First class service.Very impressed.

I had a walk in appointment today, seen within 5 minutes. Great service from meet and great to end of sale. male staff member who greeted me was Fantastic covid 19 measures in store on the ball. optician Amy was very thorough and explained everything throughout eye test. Very helpful and patient.! Unfortunately I don't have the name of the young lady who helped me select my glasses but she was really helpful and gave great advise. Would highly recommend if your need great service at great prices.

Following a couple of spells of visual interference I was seen very quickly ( within 2 hours) by Specsavers staff, who undertook a range of tests allowing them to reassure me that my eyes are totally healthy, and that what I had experienced was migraine. The thorough examination took around an hour, and was undertaken with strict regard to current health board guidelines. Staff as always were courteous and friendly. Huge thanks to all, especially Fiona, for terrific care and advice.

First rate, open and welcoming atmosphere, polite and courteous professionals. Full examination, and diagnostics, pressure test, retinal photography, field of vision and peripherals, excellent optical vision test performed by a qualified optician who was confident and professional. Facility is clean and service is fast with no long waits between the tests. Very satisfied, felt that if there was a problem then I would be informed, even though it turns out my vision is nearly 20/20, I wouldn't benefit from a prescription and it isn't worth the cost, which left me confident that it's not just a shop to churn out for everyone. Highly recommended...!

I've been a customer of Specsavers for a few years now. Always had excellent customer service. Last night I damaged my glasses, found their local store today, Sunday, and popped in to see about a repair. They had them fixed in less than 5 minutes, and at no charge. Very happy customer here. I still use Specsavers but it's a bit hit and miss. Great optician at my local East Kilbride store but the service was so poor. Kept waiting between various tests and then they tried to sell me specs that I did not ask for. So basically I will keep with the same optician but remember you do not have to buy there. Shop around and I bought online and saved a fortune.
