G.Can't fault them in any way. Very thorough with their test and very helpful any questions they give you straight talking answers. I have a eye issue and they are the ones who found it . Highly recommended.
G. C.Excellent professional and genuinely caring service today. Emergency appointment due to visual disturbance. One call, was triaged with call back within 10 minutes, booked for eye scan and eye examination with the ophthalmologist, the dreaded eye drops meant afternoon off work as couldn't see properly or drive but a small price to pay to be thoroughly treated. Next steps in place and advice in interim given. Thank you so much to all involved. We don't know how lucky we are to receive free emergency advice and treatment until it happens. Enjoyed a big meringue as a treat afterwards, well couldn't drive so thought it would make me feel better till drops wore off :)
M.Amazing staff! My husband had a epileptic fit and broke his glasses late on Sunday. I ran up and they fixed them no problem like new again! Can’t thank them enough. Amazing customer service.
L. D.My daughter had an appointment yesterday to have her eyes tested and get new glasses. My daughter is deaf and I was soo impressed on arrival with the deaf awareness knowledge in store! We were greeted by Ryan, who is learning BSL and he went above and beyond in my eyes to make my daughter feel comfortable and most of all included rather than me doing all the talking for her. I am blown away with the experience and inclusion also soo great full and proud of the staff at specksavers Kirkintilloch. Absolutely amazing!
