Nice helpful staff, thorough eye test. No complaints except almost impossible to get through on the phone, very frustrating! However all other aspects are very good

Milngavie Shop: Top marks all round. Welcoming, friendly and helpfull staff. Efficient and thorough eye examination. Got designer frames with varyfocal lenses. And got a free pair of shades with polorised varyfocus lenses FREE!! Crawford was especially helpful. :-)

Again, first class customer care from helpful and friendly staff. They were happy to adjust my glasses a week later when I felt they were slightly tight and also gave me advice on treatment for my dry eyes. Four stars because when I was collecting my glasses the assistant noticed that my sunglasses lenses had been damaged and I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to be replaced. Fortunately, it wasn't sunny during that time!

Excellent service from start to finish. Put me at ease throughout the process of an eye test. 4 Stars as I was kept waiting between things otherwise I'd recommend to anyone (coming from someone who hadn't had an eye test in a year or 20). A professional job throughout!

Always bought my glasses from Specsavers, over the last 30 years they've given me great service. Thoroughly recommend them 👍

I left a message on the Milngavie branch answer phone on to ask when my delivery of contact lenses was due as I didn't have any left. I immediately received a reply saying it would be another 2 weeks for my pack to arrive, however as I was completely out of them I would receive a pair before then. The very next day I was delighted to find a small carrier bag containing lenses and cleanser on my door handle. I think this is exceptionally great service especially during the current lock down. I would like to thank the young male receptionist or/optician who organised this.

Used to be very good but now no real consistency in terms of staff looking after you and seems overly busy. Also the store and opthalmic examination areas are very small and in some cases no privacy at all.
