First class service had no appointments left as it was last minute but managed to see me and helped me a great deal as I had no Version in my right eye the lady optician was absolutely brilliant and phoned the hospital and got me seen straight away as I had a blood clot in my eye so thank you so much it’s was at Cumbernauld Tesco so thanks to all the Staff from Jennifer McNeil X⭐️

The staff were absolutely lovely, and the man who tested my eyes was great. That was until I told him that I buy my frames online and then he turned quite hostile and short with me. He said he couldn't give me a certain measurement I needed to buy glasses and I asked him how I could do it myself and all he said was "just do it online" with no other indication of what to do. I understand he may have been annoyed for losing a sale but he's still required to give me an eye test and full copy of my prescription with a friendly service.
