Booked an appointment online for the same day. First time customer and had an excellent experience! The optical assistant was brilliant, so reassuring and excellent customer service from start to finish. This was in the Tesco Silverburn Store. Lots of clear, social distance measures in place and the staff all made me feel very safe, especially in the current climate. 100% would recommend!

Great value opticians - was able to get two pairs of Ray Bans on a buy one get one free offer. An extra £30 gave me tinted lenses so I could use one pair as a pair of sunglasses - can't complain about just over £200 for two pairs of Ray Bans! Staff were great too and delivery was swift.

I didn't get my glasses yet, so I can't say anything about the quality of the product I chose. I was little disappointed at the end, when they charged me for delivery of my glasses to my place. I spent £518 at the shop and they still asked me to pay for shipping .

Lovely staff. The only small thing I’d say is that the eye patch that’s to be worn for a test- this should really be disposable. I really don’t want something that’s been on lots of peoples faces on my face. Sorry!! It also looked pretty manky.
