I recently visited Norville Opticians in Gloucester for the first time. Having worn glasses for many years, I found them to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, both in testing and dispensing. Nothing was too much trouble and the choice of frames, both in style and price were excellent. I am delighted with my new glasses and would recommend Norville to anyone. I will definitely continue to have my regular check ups and glasses from them.

I recently visited Norville's for the first time to purchase prescription sunglasses and must say that I am highly satisfied with my experience. Dan, Becky and their team provided a friendly welcome and the service was top class in every respect. The sunglasses are great quality and have been expertly fitted, making them very comfortable to wear. My wife and I will definitely be returning for our regular eye examinations.

Today, I attended Norville‘s opticians in Gloucester for my annual eye test. I was very impressed with the changes which they have made to the reception area and throughout the building. However, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the member of staff who checked my eyes today-Jason, ably assisted by Andy who carried out some extra tests.

I visited Norville Opticians upon recommendation and only wish I had have visited sooner. From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted to a smily face welcoming me in which continued throughout my visit. I felt my concerns regarding headaches were listened to, and any questions I had were answered providing me with reassurance and advice on how to prevent further headaches. There were a great range of glasses for me to choose from, and I found the perfect pair with the help of the team who were knowledgable, professional and above else helpful. I was so impressed with my experience that I will no longer be going anywhere else for eye tests or glasses!

Having come from the Medical Eye Center this was my frst time with Norville. They have a fab range of glasses very modern something the MEC didn't do. I was able to try on a range of glasses and had advise from staff to find the perfect pair. The test itself was very aficiant, I only had a slight change in my perception and was told I could still use my current glasses, so didn't feel pressured into buying. All the staff are helpful and friendly, I felt very welcome and was even offered a Cup Of Tea on my first visit whilst I waited for my glasses to be mended. Would 100% recommend Norville espicaly for the younger generation some very modern glasses.

Had to go to the doctors for headaces and a pain in my left eye. She did a quick eye test and my left eye had detriatated needed an emergency opticians appointment. I phone Novilles and spoke to Jake who was so helpful. Got me in to see a lovely lady called Anita. Did every check possible all ok. Have a Caterac. Sending all info to my doctor. Amazing service and has put my mind at rest. Thank you to all the team. ..

What a great experience. I'd felt that my vision had changed over lockdown, and wanted to go somewhere that wasn't a chain. I'm always unsure about what glasses to choose but the optician and assistant weren't pushy and i've now got the best fitting pair i've had in years. Well done Norville!

The company where I work called in Norville's opticians for eye-tests this week, and I was extremely impressed by them. As a life-long spectacle-wearer I have been in and out of opticians for years, but this was the most thorough and informative experience of an optician I have ever had. The lady optician explained each step extremely thoroughly and was very pleasant, she also offered me good advice regarding a few queries that I had regarding possible eye surgery and types of eye problems. I was so impressed that I felt I must visit their website to comment.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the centre. I have been a client of there's for many years, and have always found the staff courteous, professional and friendly. They try there hardest to accommodate all requests. They also recently arranged an emergency referral to the hospital, it was handled quickly and with flexibility so I didn't have to wait around for the referral letter. Thank you.

The team have supported our family ( 5 of us in glasses out of 6!) since we adopted our "unplaceable" son with challenging behaviour, downs, partial sight and autism.They have always been ace with our son and indeed all of us and we have had a great collection of specs in colourful designs including many many small replacements in the early days :) Shall never forget buying red to go with son's red school jumper, blue to go with my hair streaks (young !) and then the progression into varifocals. The hospital first told us it was a good place set up by their retired consultant - Well recommended.

I felt I should leave a review after visiting Norville opticians in Gloucester for the first time . I needed my contact lenses checking and a routine eye test as well . Becci checked my lenses and tested my eyes with the latest equipment and handed me over to Dan who then ran me through the process of getting contact lenses on a regular 3 month delivery by direct debit . The choice of spectacle frames is fantastic! I highly recommend Becci , Dan and all the support staff at Norville opticians Gloucester.
