I had a problem with the coating on my lenses and they were replaced without quibble, free of charge and delivered within a week. They were replaced in-store for me in an hour. Amazing, courteous and helpful staff! Fantastic.

Came for hearing test by appointment. Very pleasant staff directed me to waiting area and, after a short time, the audiologist saw me, introducing her trainee. Very professional with explanation of what was required with a short discussion about possible hearing aids; no pressure to have these at this time. I left very impressed by the professionalism of the young lady.

Disappointed that I received a letter to remind me to book a contact lenses check only 1 week before it was due, the next appointment is in a month and a half and they won't let me pick up my prescription. If appointment slots are that booked up please be mindful and send the reminder emails further in advance!

I've never left a review before but the quality of the services the team at this shop provided was so outstanding I just had to write something. These were genuinely some of the nicest staff I've ever met. All of them were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I had an eye test and everything was very professional. They also made sure that I understood all of the test they performed, the machines they used, and what my results mean. Afterwards I purchased two pairs of glasses and I'm very satisfied with the prices and the deals and discounts they have to offer. On top of that I also got a few compliments which felt really nice. So thank you all for your wonderful costumer care! I'll be a returning costumer from now on :)

Steven completed my eye test and took as much time as I needed. He was very proficient and professional. The customer service either side of the appointment was not as good. A lady rang me prior to the appointment, returning my call. I hadn't called. An email then asked me to rebook my eye test as I'd failed to turn up. Not as good an experience as in store.

Have been coming here for years for eye tests and glasses, and have always been pleased with the service. Everyone is very helpful and considerate - and they give you time. The flip side to that is that it does seem to get busy and waiting times increase. COVID-safe: wait outside the store to be admitted; masks and hand-sanitiser on entry; staff have PPE; and plastic screens around sight test equipment.

My husband got new glasses here and service was very good. Staff friendly as always and didn't rush him when he was choosing new glasses, but were on hand if he needed any advice. Glasses came on time for his follow up appointment and he's very happy with them. Had a good deal with 2 for 1 offer. Only slight problem was last pair had broken a couple of times and although repaired it seem this was a fault with the type of glasses so hoping his new pairs are much better.

Was very busy when I visited today for an eye test but the staff were fantastic. They make you feel at ease and spend time explaining what tests they are doing and why. I was recommended a pair of glasses and the sales team did not come across as pushy. The really kind lady then gave me a voucher at the till to have £15 knocked off! Brilliant place!

I have a rare eye condition which makes eye tests terrifying. I'm not normally a overly concerned sort of person but squeamish about even touching my own eyes (probably the worst person to have a serious problem)😳 but I have to say all of the staff were lovely professional and informative. I see an top eye specialist yearly and the staff at this store did virtually exact same tests. Very thorough and made a very nervous(hiding it) customer feel comfortable, even though some of the test results were eye opening to them. Would highly recommend this store. Well done to everyone who dealt with me today Great service !

Bought new glasses last November. Whilst cleaning them last night they snapped in half. Took them back today and the service was fantastic. They said as id only had them since November they would replace them. They did just that, there and then. Brilliant service and lovely staff..

One small point, from reception to ordering my glasses there are too many parts to the process, staff could be trained to compleat more than one section, rather than being past from one staff member then on to another then on again. Stream line the process please.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I went last Friday and had a perfect experience. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment and was promptly taken in for a pre-test, and then was taken into my appointment five minutes early. The optician was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and efficient. I chose two frames in the BOGOF offer and used a £10 eye test voucher successfully, which I didn’t know about until the optician advised me to look it up which I very much appreciated! I was asked while paying when I needed my glasses by and as I was replacing my old ones I said as soon as possible, to which they told me they could have them ready in an hour! So I browsed around the shopping center, went back and sure enough they were all ready! Just needed quick adjustments and then they were popped into glasses cases with complimentary lens cleaner inside. I was very impressed and will definitely go again.

5 Star customer service experienced today. I came in to collect a new set of contact lenses as the wrong prescription was sent and I was on the fence about cancelling the service and going elsewhere. However after complaining to one of the managers Ryan, he dealt with my complaint extremely well and made me want to stay somewhere with such good customer service. Also another man I dealt with whilst there Lazslo was brilliant and checked all of the paperwork with the contact lense supplier there and then to ensure it was correct. Great team well done.

Car park is available 3mins from the location at a reasonable price. The store/staff were Well organised and I was attended to straightaway when I arrived. A lot of covid-19 restrictions were in place to make customers feel safe.

Went for a hearing test. I talked to someone and they took me for a test straight away. A pre check to see if a hearing test is required. I passed so they said no need. I like this as they never wasted my time or money with needless tests and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
