Lovely staff, really friendly and welcoming. But... Can NEVER get through on the phone, they never answer! Other from that, its a lovely place and they made me feel comfortable while in my appointment.

I moved to Cheltenham but I still attend this optitions due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff!

Having just spent over £200 for new lenses & using my old frames, I was not happy when the new lenses decided to part ways with the frames I supplied. Vision Express handled it so well, they offered me a new frame & some new lenses, all at their cost. It's easy to make mistakes, but their response was excellent & instead of being unhappy with their service, I was impressed with their solution. Thank you.

Great service. I completely forgot about an appointment. When I realised, I went to apologise and was given an appointment the next day. I ordered 2 new pairs of glasses, and got the second pair half price.

My first time in this branch of VE and I was very impressed. I was asked if the new lady could do the initial checks and although she was nervous she was very professional and made sure I understood everything she was doing. The other staff there were just as good also. I will be using this branch from now on . Overall 10/10

With all of the Covid restrictions and protocol's I was hesitant around booking an well overdue eye test. However I need not have worried the store was well organised and staff were very helpful and apart from the screens and PPE I felt that it was a thorough eye examination which was what I was apprehensive about. Glasses picked out for me and within an hour my eyes had been tested and new glasses paid for, great job. Just wanted to add whilst the service has been very good at this store I am not sure that the quality of the glasses from Vision express are like they use to be both myself and my kids have found the glasses to be flimsy and of poor quality, shame really.

I always use Vision Express in Tesco at Delta . I have had major issues with my eyesight since last November. I had new varifocal glasses in October and the lenses were not quite right. Tracie, the Manager, looked after me. I explained that I felt the 'reading part' of the glasses was not in the correct position. She understood immediately what I meant - it is the way that I hold my head. She took the glasses back and they were re-worked. Tracie is a very knowledgeable person who listens and finds solutions, nothing was too much trouble and she was very courteous. I cannot believe that anyone could have a bad word to say about her professionalism.

Popped into Vison Express in Tesco Brockworth for an eye test at the beginning of July and ordered two pairs of CAT framed glasses with anti-glare on both pairs and a reacto-light on one, using a buy one get a second pair half price deal. Having used a number of online retailers recently there were two things that I was really after, the first and most important was being able to actually see the frames so that I could actually look at them, get a feel for their quality and actually be able to try them on before buying - it's all good and well being able to use software to super-impose them onto your face but you never really get to see how they feel, the weight, the bridge fitting, the size of the frame and the fit around the side of your head and ears. The second is getting value for money, so getting two pairs with one being half price was good - and it was a genuine buy one get one half price, so often in the past it's been half of the price of the second frames, but not the actual lens or coatings, so I was pleasantly surprised that the half price included the lens and coatings. The personal service in-store was very good, and time-wise there was no real difference between ordering them on-line to in-store, as I collected my new glasses just over two weeks after I ordered them and my original eye test. I paid just under £300 for my new CAT glasses, so I'm happy. The service was good, the staff were helpful and friendly. Would I go back and use them again, yes I would. So see you in another two years 👌👓 😎
