Always helpful.. Good value spectacles.. Very little space for wheelchair customers. Audiology room far too small and claustrophobic which is a shame as the ladies are really caring and do their best to make appointments a pleasant experience.

Considering it was by appointment only it was extremely busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed, unable to keep track of who was being examined when, and what other staff members were doing . Luckily I was happy to stand while waiting because there weren’t any seats available. The actual optician was excellent which is why this is a 4 and not a 1 star review. She took the time to answer all my questions which was wonderful.

I was slightly dreading taking my son for his new glasses (prescription from the hospital) due to bad experiences at a different Specsavers. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service at Hereford though. The staff are helpful, friendly and informative. They were extra kind and friendly to my son and helped him choose glasses that fit him perfectly, look stylish and sit comfortably. Selecting his glasses and collecting them was a very smooth, professional experience. It was extremely busy both times I visited but there are plenty of helpful staff which means waiting time is minimal (great when you've ot 4 kids with you). Very happy customer! Highly recommend!

Staff are always welcoming and as a disabled lady they go out of their way for me! Their service is always great and they helped me when I had a really bad case of dry eye. Twelve months later after their help, my eyes are much better and I have drops to use if needed!!

I had to go for an emergency appointment on a Sunday and they were polite, helpful and caring. Although it was quite busy, they saw me promptly as I had a taxi organised to pick me up. They explained everything clearly, scanned my eye and tested it thoroughly and then gave me useful tips on how to wear spectacles with a mask. Hereford Specsavers is the best one that I have ever used, and I have been to several.

Staff are consistently courteous, professional and even at their busy times incredibly patient and helpful.I was in the store recently to have nose pieces replaced on my specs this was done straightaway. Today Monday 28th January 2019, one of the busy days I took my friends specs in for repair, the arm had come off, this was repaired within 10 minutes whilst I waited keep up the good work you're very much appreciated.

Could not have been more helpful - my first choice did not fit properly and they were changed with out a word - the manager was particular helpful. Thank you my new glasses are perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Specsavers in Hereford. Their eye tests and ultra-thin lenses are excellent too.

Appointment only system in place, hand sanitizer on arrival and reduced numbers of customers at any one time. Basket to place all touched glasses so that they are cleaned before going back out. The staff offer to wear full PPE if you need to remove your mask while trying glasses on due to them steaming up or exemption from wearing one x

Massive wait times here, but the customer service once you're seen is brilliant. All seems very disorganised and people rushing around everywhere - I think Specsavers need to have a look into this branch to upsize slightly. Nevertheless, the staff are great and helpful, just take a magazine to read!

Having had a very unhelpful experience from my regular optician in Hereford - not quite Express service you might say - I popped in here for replacement reading glasses. Fantastic staff, friendly, courteous and efficient, plus saved myself a tenner. What's not to like!

Lost one of the nose pads on my glasses, a very polite young girl said I can fix that for you and not only replaced the lost one also replaced the other one to match, all at no charge. I normally donate something in their charity box at the reception desk for any non charge work but due to covid risk it was not possible but once its over I will make an effort to pop in with a contribution.

Used this place for several years now. Great service and the opticians are brilliant. The frame picking feels like someone is trying to sell you a car though. A little too 'pushy' for my liking, especially when it comes to the extras.

A good range of frames and clear pricing. More than that, my new spectacles fit really well and completely meet my needs. I have varifocals with thinning due to my prescription requirements. This time I added reactolite. The total cost was much less than I had anticipated and I am delighted with my new glasses.
