I visited the premises in Hereford yesterday to source new spectacle frame. Because of having a deformed ear, I need a specific type of frame(straight-sided, spring-loaded). We were greeted politely and although the place was busy we received excellent attention and sound advice. I picked a frame from a surprisingly varied selection at all price levels, was measured and told the new specs will be ready next week and they will notify me. No fuss, discrete, efficient service and a very polite young lady to look after us. - and an excellent range on display. A very stress-free and pleasant experience. We shall be back!

I arrived and was seen immediately, the optician asked if I had any concerns, which he noted. The examination was thorough, reassuring and complete. No pressure to sell expensive frames and as I wanting to try a framed modern set of glasses, the young lady took the details of a couple frames and put them on my records, because I was short of time. Now I can go back into the store, with more time to make the right choices. Very impressed with Vision Express and how they have dealt with the covid.

Had an eye examination yesterday by Ritash. I found him and all staff to be polite, helpful and professional. Good range of glasses at competitive prices. Last year in lockdown I experienced change in one eye. I made an appointment to see Ritash and he conducted a thorough examination and emailed my GP who then referred me to the Eye Clinic at the Hospital. I was very impressed by his efficient professionalism. Fro my experience, I would recommend Vision Express Hereford

Cannot rate Ali high enough, I jinxed the poor guy, and have been backwards and forwards for the past 5 months, he was determined not to let me leave until I got total satisfaction. One happy customer, who received brilliant customer service, will use again and recommend to others.

I can't fault the service and care. I moved to Vision express a few years ago after a couple of inaccurate eye tests by 2 other opticians. Always friendly and helpful and never rushed. Never feel any pressure to upgrade my frames or buy extras.

They have a good selection of glasses and there rapid service really is rapid.
