S. W.From the moment I called in to find out if I could book an appointment to the minute I picked up my glasses today I have received a brilliant level of service! Having had a poor service with a well known high street retailer selling mass produced frames, I wanted a different experience. The eye test was very thorough and my prescription had changed from needing glasses for reading only to needing varifocals. I met Nyomi who helped me to choose frames which suited my face shape, colouring and personality. She was professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Nyomi took into account my job, my hobbies, my lifestyle and listened to what I wanted. Her obvious experience and talent for helping me select the right frames for me also put me at ease. The variety of unique, high quality frames you won't see on anyone else is literally mouthwatering! Like a kid in a sweetshop, I tried all sorts of styles, shapes and finally whittled the selection down to 2 pairs. One pair more professional but still individual and definitely NOT boring and the other a bit more quirky in a bolder colour. Covid safe throughout and excellent communication, I have no hesitation in recommending Daniels and Wheatcroft as the place to get your glasses. As they say, life is too short to wear boring glasses!
