Fantastic service. After using a particular high street optician and always leaving with prescriptions which did not quite feel right I decided to look for a local optician that could offer better service. I have not been disappointed, the experience has been great from start to finish, my new glasses fit perfectly and my prescription finally feels 'right'. All of the staff are friendly and are prepared to take the time to make sure you are happy - makes all the difference as a customer.

Each time I've visited Gaya has been a diamond, everyone has been warm and welcoming but Gaya's made my visits so easy and actually fun. She's adviced both of us on our first purchases and repairs. I would recommend the Hedon branch to friends and family, can't fault them at all.

Having been shielding for over a year I was very nervous about visiting the optician. I need not have worried as everything was very professional and Covid friendly. I was advised when to come so that the shop would be quiet and the optician, Liz, took my husband and I into the room together for our test, thus minimising our risk of being around other customers. The other staff member, Amanda, helped me to choose new glasses and was very careful about Covid safety. My return to pick up the new glasses was planned for a time when the shop was empty and again everything was done very professionally, but with a friendly approach. Thank you Liz and Amanda.

I visited Eyesite for the first time recently as I had heard great things and I was so impressed by the service given across the board. I had a thorough and efficient eye test, the brands available and frame selection at the store were amazing, almost too much to choose from! But Adam helped me narrow down my choices whilst giving me some great tips on what frames were best for me as well as which lenses best suited my lifestyle. I would highly recommend Eyesite Hedon. Not just for glasses either, they also have plans for contact lenses which were affordable and easy to set up. Thanks guys.

Friendly, helpful staff, a thorough eye test and examination. The shop was clean and bright with a fantastic selection of spectacles to choose from. We have been visiting Eyesight for our yearly eye tests for 4 or 5 years and are always pleased with the service given.

Popped in on Saturday 30th November due to the screw falling out of the arm of my glasses. The two ladies who attended to me went way beyond what I expected of them.
