Having Lens replacement is the best thing I have ever done. My vision was perfect the very next day. The surgery was quick and painless. All of the staff working for Optical Express are really nice they make you feel at ease all the time

After having lasik eye surgery, I no longer need glasses and my eye sight is better than I could of hoped for. Optical Express have been absolutely great with me. From my first consultation right up to my after care appointments. Their hull staff are lovely and make you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the consultation today. Talked through each treatments risks and benefits. Helpful workers at desk and great environment when walked in with a warm welcome. Kerry had made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the appointment, she had given some great advice. Information provided was very useful from Katherine. There were no unanswered question in our mind by the end of the appointment. Overall, I am happy with the service and support provided.

I have had a great experience with Optical Express, from the first appointment. I am now receiving after care check ups after my laser eye surgery in their Leeds store. Hull staff have been very supportive. Definitely would recommend this life changing surgery.

I came for a laser eye consultation in April/may this year. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming and offer a cup of tea/coffee when I arrive. They always have appointments available outside my working hours. The surgery was great with brilliant results and I've not been forgotten since surgery and have been back for a few check ups. Would definitely recommend the surgery and definitely recommend optical express Hull.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, made to feel comfortable and confident. Simple procedure for lens replacement, no stress, no pain, no needles. Drops in eyes then simply 15 mins later both eyes done. Only down side for me had to travel to Manchester for the op, no facilities in Hull. Disappointed with vision compared to glasses, it is improving only been 10 days. If continues to improve then okay, only had distance corrected, glasses for reading needed.

Very attentive from the get go, friendly and informative. I was sceptical about laser surgery and pretty scared about the whole procedure with it being something as important as my eyesight but everyone put my mind at ease by all the staff at the hull clinic and my surgeon was fantastic in Leeds. I only had to wait 2 weeks from walking in and enquiring to having the operation and now 4 days after I've got my vision back and the brief 2 days of pain was worth it. Definitely a life changing experience and would recommend to anyone.

This is the best experience as I no longer need my glasses. The treatment was an appointment in Hull for information. I then booked an appointment for surgery, the surgeon rang me as I opted for a call. In a short space of 6 weeks since entering Optical Express, I have had my treatment and check up. The surgery lasted for a few minutes and was back out an hour after entering. The best decision I have made was to have laser treatment.

For anyone considering laser eye surgery, from my personal experience I would say GO FOR IT! From start to finish the whole process has been amazing! I was sligly nervous from listening to peoples horror stories but I had no reason to be, on arrival the staff were so polite and friendly that I felt so comfortable with them and safe. My surgeon mr aziz was amazing and the staff were also assisting him, it was very quick and painless. The worst part for me was afterwards 'the chopped onion effect' that I couldn't open my eyes and they were streaming but this was gone withn hours I just kept my eyes closed and napped but still no pain! When I could open my eyes hours later I could actually see! Im on the morning after and can we better and more clearly then I ever could with contact's. This already is the best decision I've ever made and thank you to all the optical express team for giving me my sight back
