P. S.Best pizza I have ever eaten. Came early too our saved time however they seated us right away! We had drinks then they did take 20 mins to bring the food but all was okay when u took a bite into the pizza.
Mouth watering. The cheese was so cheesy and delicious. The base was the perfect thickness and made every bite unreal. The best food that has ever entered my mouth.
Definitely recommend. Worth the visit and worth the wait. What an experience to remember.
R. D.Staff are lovely and helpful, and prices are clearly explained to you so there's no hidden fees or anything. Huge waiting times though, if you have an appointment in the afternoon I'd recommend clearing the whole day because you won't get seen at the time of your appointment

P.I have been to specsavers to have an eye test and got some glasses from specsavers so specsavers is a good shop and the staff are very welcoming and helpful and support you but the only thing I am not happy with specsavers is that you can't get free glasses when you fill in the form online you have to pay from £19

S. B.Eyes tested at specsavers on kingswood, very UNWELCOMING, made to feel isolated and was followed by someone at door who, every time i tried glasses on said "tray". Instead of helping me choose they made me feel i should choose and leave. I left and went to specsavers in hull town centre. What a difference, staff lovely, couldnt help me enough. Took my glasses back after 3 weeks as couldnt focus properly with new varifocals, they couldnt do enough for me. Rushed me through as i was on my work break. Changed glasses with no arguement. S. W.My experience at Specsavers was good, the staff were very efficient and welcoming. The glasses I bought are good ,they are lighter than my previous pair so they took a bit getting used to but I find they are comfortable.
a. s.Luv Specsavers they are all super helpful and polite and nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. I felt really safe with all the covid precautions in the store. My eyes hurt a bit when I first got my new glasses but they saw me straight away and made sure everything was OK. My eyes got used to them after a couple of days and now I can see so much better than before hence I have given them 5* and very well deserved too. 😊

A.This was my first time going to Specsavers and I can honestly say every single member of staff I dealt with was polite, friendly and helpful. Their COVID guidelines are probably some of the best I've seen, it's clean, tidy and well planned out. Keep up the fantastic work.
3.Here they run an appointment system for eye tests and collection times are also given. during the current covid restrictions expect to be greeted at the door and ask to use the hand wash before entering. Seating is cleaned between people sitting down. High tech tests for your your eyes and hearing is used. They welcome the working and those currently being assisted by benefits. A wide range of frames, lens types and contact lenses are available. Sorry I cannot make comment about the hearing test as I did not experience the test nor the devices to aid you. Staff and premises were well presented and welcoming.

Usually spot on at Specsavers, been going for years. However girl who took my details was preoccupied with her blue nail varnish, which she enthusiastically picked at the whole time, made me feel sick !
Obviously I'll go back, but not impressed with this particular member of staff.

I cannot overstate how professional,polite and switched on the staff here are.Everyone i came into contact with was absolutely first rate,from the optician to the person admitting people on the door.I was referred to the local eye hospital straight away and was even called back later by the optician asking how i'd got on.No praise i can give would be high enough,particularly given the extraordinary circumstances front facing staff have to work in during these difficult and unprecedented times.Good customer service is often taken for granted or overlooked.The exemplary service i have received compelled me to leave this review.Thanks to all the staff and keep up the excellent work.

J. b.I have had a very smooth eye check at this centre few months ago, and I would like to say that this was one of the best I have ever experienced. The customer service is marvelous and barely any waiting time. The opticians are very professional, especially Ms Siddique who did an excellent examination and referred me to the hospital for ophthalmologist review due to the symptoms I had. It turned out that I needed that review and she very professionally and effectively picked up on the symptoms. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent and effective optical service

A. S.Great service when both me & my wife attended for our annual check. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Got told my current glasses were fine and was encouraged to keep these. I wanted prescription sunglasses though and decided to order some here. 2 pairs for the price of one was the offer so got another clear pair to keep in the car. I was not rushed when looking at glasses either. No hard sell, all the prices were clearly explained too.
Can't think of a reason why we would go elsewhere.

Went again today for teach snd learn and I must say again excellent service from the same guy and a massive thank you for making me feel comfortable and a massive thanks to a lady called jade on teaching me how to put them in and take them out and a check of a lot of patience 5⭐
P. M.Always busy sometimes waiting along time for anyone to acknowledge you or ask if they can help. The optical test once seen is outstanding. To me to acknowledge a customer goes a long way to receiving more star merits

B. P.Large, very busy, but efficient and effective. I will use them again. Too long a wait for an eye test appointment, but shorter than the Hessle store where the wait was not acceptable. Eye test felt very rushed but got the job done. Prescription is very good.
R.Staff are friendly and helpful can't fault them there. But because it's popular it's always very very busy and you do have to wait quiet a while sometimes, weekends are especially busy so make sure you make an appointment rather than poping in on the off chance.
P. S.Spoke to a lady called Tonya today in the Jameson street branch over the telephone as my partners glasses was broken and he’s having problems seeing without them. She was an absolute delight, she was so happy to help me and made sure that the customer service was done excellent, she talked me through my options and resolved the situation and my partner has new glasses on the way :) I am so happy with the service she gave me, I am so happy that I spoke to her, brilliant branch also, all the problem with the broken glasses was resolved within 15 minutes, thank you so much. And thank you Tonya.

S.As far as glasses shops go its OK some of the staff felt that not sure if on a bonus sceam to get customs to buy the more dear glasses and frame's I had a voucher which they said that I could get a dear pair of glasses I picked out a cheaper frame and th e lady was like oh you can get a frame from oure £69.00 to £80.00 range but then when you had in the cost of the lenses and the coating it was more then I wanted to pay even with my voucher from the NHS I have to have verivocal and the thinner lenses and I also get the tinting for the sun altogether it cost over £150.00. I was lucky that I had some money saved up

M. F.Called into the city Centre store to order my glasses and the young lady Tobi was first class in finding the frames I wanted, the young man James then sorted all my paper work out and measured my frames for my face, all in all just first class service.
E. L.Always go to specsavers, always get my kids glasses here as you get two pairs and one is basically insured in case anything happens. Would highly recommend in every instance when it comes to glasses.
