M. T.Initial tests lady looked like she is there cause she has done something wrong and that was her punishment.
Second Lady on the other hand was really professional and friendly - I would see her again.
Booking process is easy until you get to speak to a person who just doesn’t do their job ‘by the Specsavers book’… that’s when it turned up that even I requested lenses appointment and was told it’s booked (apparently all I needed to remind them on the day). On the day they were all confused and started offering me appointments for a different day… hmm, no thank you! Like I want a yearly task to become a regular visit to that place.
Since they offer list of frames on the website with cool option to test them I figured if I pick some prior my visit I don’t need to spend time to browse in the shop as that I really do not like! Win win right? Hmm… think again… once I said that to the advisor that got handed my prescription by the nice lady he got so perplexed his face was like an error screen of a broken computer ‘does not compute - does not compute’.
As I was waiting for my fiancé to finish his test I looked at how many people having to have their frames readjusted as they bend a lot… I realised that that’s what happens to my glasses a lot too… oh I wish they built things to last…
j. b.My husband and I were treated very efficiently and kindly by all the members of staff who dealt with us! On top of this we are delighted with are frames and lenses. No complaints from us - a lovely experience!
