Visited twice in the last week. Firstly to get my sons glasses fixed, second for my own eye test. Both visits were so pleasant. Staff were helpful and friendly, the Optician Mr McMorrow has such a relaxing manner. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My 6 year old had an appointment on 22/2/22 and I cant recommend Kevin enough. He explains everything so well. He was great with my daughter who was nervous about coming. All staff here are very friendly and helpful. We came here from specsavers and I'm truly happy I did. No regrets.

Armstrong and North next to Poundland Ipswich . This opticians is the best opticians in town as far as I am concerned. No crowds like more well known opticians. The staff are another level of friendly. One of the opticians called Kevin is actually one of the friendliest people I have ever come across. Very caring and understanding . My glasses take about a week even though they will say 2 was but I have always received them before. So Armstrong andNorth come highly recommended by me as I more than happy with their awesome service and have no interest in another opticians. So well done all the staff at Armstrong and Morth and thankyou .
