The staff are really helpful, friendly and caring. They were not overbearing and I felt no pressure to get my spectacles made by them. That made me decide to get 2 pairs of specs from them. Frame prices are really reasonable, so all in all a very positive experience. It was a real delight. Going back to have my bothersome earwax removed.

I booked an appointment with this branch of Specsavers because they offered later appointments than the main branch in town, which suits my current needs. The staff at the Warren Heath branch were friendly and professional . I was greeted as I entered the store and shown to a seat whilst they looked up my details. They were patient, whilst I moved my acupressure mat from station to station for the different tests. I could have talked for hours with the first member of staff, in fact the Optician came to speed us along as we had become sidetracked through chatting! 😳😅 Each test was explained to me and when I saw the optician at the end, she showed me the imaging from my OCT scan, which was very cool and reminded me of a weather forecasting image! She explained what all of it meant, giving me information about the other tests too. Another member of staff guided me through the process of choosing frames for the pair my first ever pair of reading glasses 🤓📖. I decided to purchase them because I have food intolerances, and some food labels are printed in really tiny print, so tiny that I now struggle to read it. The price was only £19.99 😱😁, so I figured I might aswell! I asked about cheap 'off the shelf' reading glasses, and the optitian was very honest, telling me that I could get away with them, as my prescription wasn't bad and I would only be using them for short periods. If I did end up using them for longer, my slight stigmatism wouldn't be allowed for in the cheap pairs, but the Specsavers reading glasses would cater for this too. At the price Specsavers were offering their glases, I felt it was well worth buying my reading glasses from them. Other than some very slight short sightedness - well within the safe level for driving without glasses etc - I was super happy to hear that I have very healthy eyes for my age! 🥳🎉🎊👁️👁️🆗✅ At least part of me is in good working order, LOL! 😅 I would recommend this branch of Specsavers for the customer service, comprehensive eye test, convenience - free parking at Sainsbury's, including Blue Badge parking bays - the small but well kept clinic and the overall customer experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

To be fair the set up is tiny and really not suitable for social distancing regardless of how hard they try. But the staff are brilliant. So helpful and patient and follow their companies covid guidelines. Just too busy for them

Having decided to look at alternatives to Boots Opticians, I had a first appointment with Adam Goriup at Specsavers at Warren Heath in December. I trialled some alternative contact lenses to the ones I was using from Boots and was very impressed. I decided to switch to Specsavers at a follow up appointment in January. Most of this decision was based on Adam’s customer care. He is professional and diligent whilst remaining friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommended service.
