Staff were friendly and helpful. I received good advice on my eye health and vision. I sometimes get a bit anxious (especially trying to choose glasses) but everyone was nice and so I would go back again without worrying. Convenient location too :)

Probably the best experience I've had having me eyes tested,and choosing specs, The optician was friendly and informative with a sense of humour. Much the same for the lady assistant that helped me pick me specs and set them up... Couldn't be happier!

Ash who tested my eyes was a charming competant optician and made me feel very at ease. The receptionust was friendly and very capable. All in all my experience was good. The only shock was the cost of ny glasses but, if course, not the fault of vision express employees.i am awaiting my new prescription glasses so cannot comment on the end product but so far I would thoroughly recpmmend this company.

Both myself and my husband had our eyes tested and bought new glasses on Wednesday. From start to finish our visit was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. The lady who helped us choose the right glasses and how we could adjust them by having the glasses thinned and tinted as we both read outside was very efficient and friendly and patient we felt that she was really interested that we got exactly the correct style of glasses for us. We would highly recommend their service

Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt like I had my very own helper. Janie helped me by given her honest opinion, as to whether glasses suited me or not (as I this really difficult to judge by myself. Didn’t matter how many I tried on, as the ones I tried, I then had to put them into a basket they provide you with and they are all sterilised before going back on the display. Janie asked me to trust her and try on some that I personally wouldn’t have even picked up. Couldn’t believe the ones that suited me the most, were a pair, that I personally would not have even picked up but I am so so happy with them. I would highly recommend Thank you

Staff are so friendly and helpful and optician is equally as nice.. I have been wearing contact lenses for 32 years and needed a new prescription. The optician explained absolutely everything to me about how the measuring works for distance and reading, drawing a diagram to explain. Something that has never happened to me in 32 years!! I understand a lot more now and it’s so much more involved than you would think. Thank you, will look forward to my next visit.

Had glasses with a lens fallen out, and came into vision express at 6 o’clock on Wednesday evening. Anne was just about to go home. But she stayed behind for over 20 minutes to fix the lens for us, she was a star.
