Booked in for an ear clean and Jonathan very honestly told me it wasnt needed! No charge! Had a little impromptu hearing test instead for piece of mind. Nice little set up in Horsforth, highly recommend a visit for any hearing needs.

Jonathan is very nice. Puts you at ease straight away. He shows you the wax in your ears via a little camera. Talks you through the procedure. It is painless .

Pleasant office and street parking available free for under one hour adjacent to premises. Appointment offered promptly; excellent technical facilities for testing hearing and provision of appropriate hearing aids (and simple repairs of aids) on premises. Jonathan very effectively removed some very stubborn earwax from both ears by micro suction over two visits after I’d been struggling for some time with my hearing. The difference was unimaginable. There was slight discomfort in my worst ear during the procedure but only for a brief period and that would be down to me neglecting the issue for too long, tbf. Jonathan also advised me to spray Earol into my lugs weekly subsequently to prevent buildup of wax and hopefully this will mean he won’t be hearing from me again too soon😁
