Spoken to Darren over the phone. Who know his products, very helpful. Order the cobra cordless lawnmower MX4340V. Order on Thursday afternoon to arrive for Monday. I didn't need the next day delivery. It was been delivered by XDF. All good with notifications. Until Monday when it was due out for delivery. By end of the day still at depot. I phoned Darren, who was apologetic and was on the case. The mower was coming straight from the Corba factory in Nottingham. Cobra were using a new courier due to previous problems with old couriers. So this was not Cheapmowers.com faulty, it was out of their hands. So they sent email to XDF to chase up. Come next Day XDF had not change the status. Phoned back Cheapmowers.com, spoke to a nice lady, who then phoned and then shortly after the status changed and package delivered on Tuesday. Product arrived in good condition, no damage found, everything sealed. Followed the instructions, charge battery to full according to manufacture. Assembled mower with ease. Waited for 140m2 lawn to dry out from the rain we had. Grass slightly damp and not cut for 2 weeks. Cut the lawns twice over on different cutting levels 3 then 2. Empty bag once and only used 1/4 of a battery charger to do this. So no need to charge. Ready for next cut. The Lawnmower is light and easy to move around. It's also light to carry and ease to store. Also it was quite then my last petrol Lawnmower. Plus side no chance of body rusting. See the photos in order of cutting and storage. I would say that this is a top cordless Lawnmower so far. I would recommend Cheapmowers.com and Cobra cordless Lawnmower. MARCH 2022 Cobra cordless Lawnmower still going after winter. Battery was at 50% as I left it for indoor storage and as per manufacture guidelines. Charged battery to full capacity, which took about hour. Cut the front and back twice over. Only used 1/4 of a battery. Overall happy with the Lawnmower. The 👍🏼

Wow. I have been really impressed with customer service. Originally ordering a high-quality cart (better than wheelbarrow) I was called back as the Brexit situation had delayed new stock scheduling and offered immediate refund or to wait as it should be about two weeks. I held on and the estimate was about right. Where the customer service (Thanks James) really excelled was the immediate response when I found a small but assembly-critical defect. Within 24hrs of providing the part number I had the replacement delivered to the door. Outstanding!

Great experience with them - the ride on mower we were initially interested in was out of stock (purely due to Covid supply chain issues, no fault of their own) and they quickly found a comparable one that was more than suitable. They honoured the same price (which was already competitive to start with) and was shipped promptly. The mower was received without the towbar which was the manufacturers fault and they had it rectified the same day. I can't rate them enough - very pleasant people to talk to as well. People on here say they don't deal with problems well they more than dealt with mine, none of which were their fault, 10/10.

Significantly lower price than elsewhere and a wide and varied selection of mowers. Ordered late on Monday, received confirmation the next day with an apology that deliveries were slower than normal due to pandemic. Mower arrived Thursday. Pretty good I reckon!

Having used Flymo's for over 35 years, price was the deciding factor & Cheapmopwers were certainly that. Easi-Glide 360V Hover mower arrived as promised but cutting quality & grass collection was awful. Had e-mailed Darren twice last week requesting 'return authorisation' but no response. Following my original review posting on Monday, I received a call from Darren within 30 minutes, apologising for not responding. He was out of the office last week & my mails had gone into Spam. The response & service received since Monday has been second to none & my replacement 'Wheeled 360' Flymo arrived today. Situation most definitely redeemed. Thank You.

The product I ordered (long-reach hedge trimmer) was out of stock, but I received a phone call within minutes after placing the order and was offered an alternative product or refund. I opted for the alternative product, which arrived within 2 days and it's just what we wanted. Great customer service, lovely product and speedy delivery.

I purchased a Hyundai HYM510SPE which after a few weeks the grass collection bag broke, and a few weeks after that the battery would not charge. I was told the bag was a consumable item which i find a little odd as it broke in the first few weeks and was obviously faulty. Cheapmowers said they would get a replacement sorted as the mower was only a few weeks old. I had a few problems getting the replacement items (it took a while). I have now received them. Cheapmowers were a bit slow to respond but when they did we got the problems sorted out and the replacement parts to me.

Since writing the following review I have been contacted by Cheap mowers, they apologised and explained the reason for the delay. They have also offered us a free gift as compensation. I understand that they are a family run business and in this gesture I feel that they do value their customers even after a sale has been completed. I feel that I am willing to give them a second chance and would order from them in the future, hopefully being able to give them a 5 star review next time. Ordered a Mantis tiller on 3rd May as it stated free next day delivery. Received an email stating that it would be delivered on 4th, in the afternoon of the 4th received another email stating that they had problems with their delivery from Mantis and it probably wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday 8th. It didn't arrive on 8th so I rang customer services to be told they hadn't arrived from France ! If they had said on their website that they didn't have then in stock I would have purchased it elsewhere but as they had taken the money from my account on 4th I thought I would wait. The tiller finally arrived on Wednesday 16th (2 weeks after original order) at 7pm after I'd waited in all day as delivery was between 8am and 6pm. Put the tiller together straight away as wanted to use it the following day only to find a part missing!! the missing part was sent out the following day but altogether a very frustrating experience.
