The best opticians I have visited. Within one hour I had an emergency appointment and referred for my blurred vision that I had suffered for the last one month. Very through eye test and advise by Sanna. Excellent and very reassuring service by from Ali. Thank you Goldwyn.

A great experience. The eye test was thorough and the optometrist very knowledgeable. Ali upgraded our lens for free, which was much appreciated. Our glasses arrived promptly and the fitting was very personalised.

Almost a year ago I registered my family with this practise. Its been first star service everytime we visit. I missed the appointment for my son in October due to time moving backward and called to reschedule during Feb half term to fit my time with work, I spoke to Ali who was able to move the calendar around and booked my son in. We went for the appointment and Nazia attended to my son she took her time and was explicit in explaining everything she did for him. I will highly recommend them. Thank you and God bless.

Today we were seen by Ali and Mathew. My son was excited about having his first eye sight test. The staff were polite and the service was very quick and efficient. Mathew explained the results of his test to me in a manner which was easy to understand and he explained everything to me. When choosing the glasses we were helped to find the correct frame. A friendly and welcoming team at Goldwyn Harehills. Kathryn greeted me initially and made me feel very welcome, after the examination she helped me choose the correct frames, very knowledgeable and gave an honest opinion on how they looked. I have been wanting to write this review for a very long time. I have been going to this optician for years and years but I never had the time to really thank the member of staff for an amazing service. From Nazia who is a really down to earth opticians who really cares about her patients to Catherine who is a lovely member of staff who has supported me from my education as wel as picking out a frame for my glasses to Javid who went way out of his way to care for my eyesight during the pandemic and being patient with me whilst going through the little struggles i went through regarding my eyes. I reallt do thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate all if you Keep up the great work. You hard work is not unrecognised ❤️

Outstanding service at Goldwyn! I was able to book an out of hours appointment for my elderly father following a hospital referral. My father was satisfied with the whole experience; he received a through eye examination, friendly advice with frame selection, care with fitting, and offered a adjustment session without a need for a pre booked appointment. Now my father receives reminders via post for routine check ups. We would gladly recommend this optician to others.
