K. E. G.I visited Ollie Quinn in Leeds and immediately found exactly the type of stylish glasses I had been looking for, they ticked all the boxes. I hadn’t had my eyes tested for a while so they fitted me into an appointment with an optician immediately. All the staff were incredibly helpful and personable throughout. The Optician in particular highlighted something to me in my appointment that needed to be referred to a specialist. She was incredibly quick and efficient and my specialist appointment was booked within a matter of hours. I live in London so my glasses were posted to me within 2 weeks. They fit me perfectly and are very comfort to where for long periods of time.

E. M.Impeccable service at Ollie Quinn Leeds from beginning to end, so happy with my new glasses. The whole team were super friendly and helpful in helping me narrow down from about 20 different pairs (easily done, every design is gorgeous), and seemed absolutely determined to make sure I left happy. The actual prescription is similar to my previous one from a high street optician but the clarity in my new glasses is miles better somehow. Thoroughly impressed will definitely be back next time:)

The store manager instantly put as at ease about the hygiene measures in place and encouraged us to try on as many glasses as we liked as they would be cleaned before being put back out on display. The range of glasses was expansive and they had all the colours and styles that I would be interested in. The price point is affordable for a high end product, and I love how they are all priced the same for ease of comparison. We both bought a pair which were individually tweaked so that they fit us perfectly! Our experience was fantastic, and the store manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome even with our two young children in tow. I would highly recommend this store and brand.

Have put off getting glasses for 4 years, but the team in Leeds made my first experience a pleasure. Phoebe helped me pick the right pair, let me try on too many glasses (I never felt rude for trying on half the shop) and I absolutely love my first pair of glasses. Will be back next year! I ordered a pair of glasses at the Leeds store and not long after I had an accident which meant that my frame got bent and 1 lens fell out. I contacted the store and Suzanne responded to my query, she went above and beyond to provide support although the store is shut due to COVID-19. In the end, the glasses couldn't be repaired so she replaced the frames and then posted them out to my address. She's been an absolute life saver as this was my only pair with renewed prescription.
I cannot recommend the store enough and I will most certainly go back!
N. F.I had my first ever eye test at OQ with Sohail! I told Rachel it was my first test and she was very welcoming and Sohail made me very comfortable. It was a friendly environment and a relaxing shop to be in - didn't feel clinical at all.
