I have been a patient at Optikaal for many years following a recommendation by my wife - also a patient there. We both find the sight test is professionally done - not rushed at all - The optometrist takes his time and is very friendly, caring and patient. Very knowledgeable too. The staff also are very friendly and show excellent customer care. With this level of care I am happy to have my eye tests done at Optikaal. The cost of the glasses are reasonable compared to other places and there is free parking outside which is a bonus.

My family and I have been coming to Optikaal for years, we've tried other opticians due to location only to return. The service here is very professional, tests are never rushed, staff are polite and helpful and the glass are reasonably priced. The optometrist goes out of his way to ensure you are provided with the best possible care.

Very friendly shop front staff and very competent, extremely helpful. Around 10 years ago first time I came to this country and having my eye test done from kamal and my first work place as well . Every year use Optikaal for our eye tests. My parent’s and relatives optician is kamal as well. He is very very polite and bilingual optician. Now I have got 4 year old daughter and she had first eye test with him as well. She loved it . I have been using Optical Vision Care Centre for many years. Every year I have been totally satisfied with the service I have received. The staff are welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable. The Optician is a professionally qualified expert with a major advantage of having acquired many years of experience to his patients benefit. He is multilingual, specialises in children with reading problems and does home visits. Choosing a frame couldn’t be any easier as the range is extensive and has something for everybody - economy to designer. Me and my family are regular customers to this establishment. I started to wear glasses (I think) from the age of 7 and I was tested for my eyesight from here since then. I recently went to get my eye tested again and there wasn't a long wait, the staff are very polite and bilingual (In urdu/hindi) My optometrist is very kind and helpful. They answer my questions and provided me with the correct glasses. There are also free NHS frames available for kids and other NHS compatible people

I’ve been a customer over 20 years. I have been to other high street opticians but unfortunately they can’t get my prescription right because I suffer from thyroid eye disease I have to put in lubricants drops Hylo forte and oxyal eye drops 20 times a day . I’m also under the eye clinic in Calderdale so I have to travel to Leeds to Optikaal optician because the high street opticians couldn’t get my prescription right so many times . I’m am totally satisfied with the service from Mr Kamal Singh Saimbi .
