Excellent opticians who pride themselves on providing a personalised touch to the service they provide. This was my first time visiting an independent opticians and I was not disappointed. The wide choice of frames available at Optivu meant I was genuinely happy with the frames I chose and my glasses were ready quicker than I expected. I will no longer be visiting the big chain opticians for a new prescription or glasses.

I bought my glasses from Optivu in Morley Great service. I scratched a lens a few months back and having taken out the scratch insurance I got my lens replaced for free. A week ago I accidentally broke my glasses so I took them back for repair expecting a rather large bill, however they repaired them for free. What better service can you get. Receptionist really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. I’ve tried all the high street opticians over the years, Optivu has been the best so far.

After phoning round all opticians based around the morley area for an urgent eye test, only Optivu could get me in within a week. Brilliant professional service with a speedy referral to my doctor. Gayle and Abubakr were both very knowledgeable regarding products and services and very welcoming. I was told my new glasses could take upto two weeks to be ready with all the fuel shortages and other current delays, however I was over the moon when I received a phone all today to say they were ready 4 days earlier than expected . Thank you to all at Optivu I certainly won't be going elsewhere ever again.

Just been to Optivu and it was just what i wanted. I got the most amazing assistance from the lady in the shop and came away feeling very pleased with the choice of glasses I bought. I was looking for a pair of all black Rayban aviators everywhere and by far optivu provided me the best price. They went beyond expectations by providing a eye test the same day than showing me a variety of sunglasses to choose from, from which I found the one I like. They also provided me with the option to add my prescription and a variety of coatings. I would recommend anyone looking for a good deal with great service to definitely check out optivu.

My first time for a test and glasses at Optivu. The service is so much better than the high street, you get a personal one. No waiting and being pushed aside. The test was comprehensive and the verifocals that I got are excellent. All the extended family now use Optivu. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from booking the appointment ( accommodated around work) throughout the test.. (Everything explained throughly and put at ease, had OHT tests)...to selecting a pair of frames. Gail was very patient and helpful whilst I tryed on nearly every pair of frames in the shop. 🙈 I Would highly recommend.

Having been to specsavers and having a bad experience were i asked for my eyes testing and giving feedback on what i could and could not see they decided to just give me reading glasses...totally useless ...i decided i would go to an independent optician...Optivu was my first port of call and i haven't looked back...totally professional on both the eye test and on the shop floor...having had my eyes deteriorate over the last few months i sat down with mo and he checked my eyes again new glasses needed and to my specification and Gail is lovely very attentive and makes you feel at ease .look no further go to Optivu

I was having issues with my glasses from specsavers and even after going back to them they were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. A friend recommended optivue and I was given an appointment within a few days. The optician ensured my prescription was right and spent a lot of time to ensure I was comfortable with the prescription. My lenses were replaced for me and were ready within 3 days. I was even contacted a few weeks later to check how I was getting in with the new prescription! Absolutely wonderful service. Will not be going back to specsavers! 😊

I have worn rigid gas permeable contact lenses for over 40 years and, as these types of lenses are not popular anymore I needed an optician I could trust to fit me with a new pair. I used Optivu when I required a pair of prescription sunglasses for my recent holiday. The staff were very helpful and advised me on the frame/lens options available. Turnaround time from placing order of some snazzy Ray Bans was remarkably swift (few days). Upon arrival I was able to have the frame correctly adjusted to ensure perfect fitment. Well done guys - overall impressed with the professional level of service on offer and will consider using again.

Amazing customer service.
