Having not had my eye checked for years and genuinely knowing nothing about glasses, I was bowled over by the simplicity and professional service from premier vision! I tried loads of glasses on before in different high street stores and none would fit me. My nose was a bit of an obstacle, plus trapping round shops became very tedious! However, after an initial consultation and chat about my 'wide bridge' (who knew!), I was able to try on some glasses sent directly to my house sent from PV! This not only took the hassle of walking round stores, it let me try them on for longer periods of time, essential when this is exactly what you'll be doing with them! Can't thank Premier Vision enough and will gladly recommend them to anyone!! PS. Once I settle on a pair I'll post a pic you lucky devils!

I highly recommend premier vision, the team are always friendly and take their time to properly get to know you. There’s no herding people through like cattle here, I’ve never felt rushed at all during eye exams (which are very thorough) and the opticians take their time to talk to you about any potential issues they find and how your eye health is. The selection of glasses available is fantastic, they even have their own designs too with lots of options for any budget. I have both contact lenses and glasses through premier vision and have been to different stores over the years and always received the same high level of service.

I have had my eyes tested at Premier Vision Opticians twice now and I’m really impressed with the service. Both times I have received the personal touch. The staff are professional and friendly and make you feel important as a customer and take time to explain things in simple terms and never feel rushed. Visiting during Covid was impressive. Everything is in place for staff and customer safety. Trying on glasses is still ok and instead of putting them back on the shelf, they go in a tray which will then be sanitised ready for the next customer. I will always recommend Premier Vision Opticians for the services and the fantastic prices.

Great experience at Premier Vision today. Very COVID safe. Eric, who did eye tests for our whole family (including a 6 and 8 year old) was friendly, knowledgeable and really good with the kids. Zoe in the store then helped my wife and I pick our glasses and gave great advice on the ranges and lens options. It was my first visit to Premier Vision having previously gone to the bigger chains, but it won’t be my last as I felt that we were very well looked after.

Having been using Specsavers for a good few years I decided to try Premier Vision a couple of years ago as I was fed up of ‘the sell’ that seemed more important to SS than the customer. I found PV far more relaxing and customer focused. The Optician had time to listen to my questions and the lady on reception left me to choose glasses at my leisure giving me good advice when I came to my final choice.

Fantastic service. I was seen to promptly upon walking in and offered a seat and a drink - a nice unexpected touch. After having a complimentary eye test and ordering lenses, I had difficulty adapting to the new prescription when they arrived because of how much it had changed. The staff were really helpful and understanding. They re-tested my eyes and exchanged my glasses for another pair - all for free and within a reasonable amount of time. To top it all off, the glasses I bought were a very good price. I even bought two pairs without really feeling like I had spent a lot. Throughout all my extended dealings, the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return.

Great opticians, friendly and professional, ordered some varifocals that i found hard to get used to so i used the no quible 90 day exchange policy to get some single vision glasses, refunded the difference and new glasses her within a few days. Highly recommended.

Great range of frames and superb customer service. I went for Optifog lenses ( don’t fog up as much when wearing face masks ) and was spoiled for choice with frames. The glasses arrived fairly quickly as well. Great work Premier Vision 👍

This optician was recommended to me by my sister who went first some months ago now I have been wanting to find a new optician after a bad experience. I put it off and put it off but finally booked myself in online. very quick and easy to do. I also like that its next to Morrisons for convenience. I am a full time glasses wearer pretty much with complex lenses. I went yesterday not knowing what to expect due to covid. The lady and gentlemen put me at ease straight away being very thorough and explaing things right the way through,knowledgeable even to the point of picking the glasses delivery and aftercare. I received 1 to 1 service no waiting around. The shop itself was clearly laid out with lots of different ranges to choose from. I can't wait to receive my new glasses. Thankyou guys for the pleasant experience!

First, I must admit that I am very cautious about where to go for mine and my daughter’s eyes. I’ve worn glasses since I was 2 and have had 2 eye operations as a child, and then my daughter needed glasses from 2 and has had one eye operation. My daughter and I have gone to another Premier Vision’s location for about a year, and it is a lovely location, but the new Kirkstall location is more convenient, so we went for my daughter. I was very pleased with the kind, attentive service and the wide range of styles for my daughter. I also got to have my own specs adjusted and my son, who does not wear glasses, was happy to play on a screen that was provided in the children’s area. I recommend this optician to anyone!

I arrived here after a pretty rude experience in specsavers in Kirkstall Mill shopping complex, I was advised to see if this opticians had availability to fit me in after a referral from my GP, both the sales assistant and the optician were highly professional and really accommodating. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the care and attention I received yesterday that I thought it was essential.I usually get my glasses from the high street and had a terrible experience at Specsavers in Leeds last year so I was a little apprehensive about trying somewhere new.Initially I just went in to browse but I was so impressed by Quasim’s enthusiasm and knowledge I booked an eye test there.When I went for my appointment I was made a cup of tea;fantastic start to the experience.Mike the optician was equally as thorough with my eye test.Quasim spent over an hour helping me to choose my glasses.He was patient,interested and kind.At no point did I feel rushed or just part of a cattle market as I had done previously.In short it was a professional.,attentive service which I would highly recommend to others.Thank you.
