Within an hour of phoning to ask if I should get my eyes checked after experiencing blurred vision and my sight not being quite right, I had been seen and had thorough tests carried out. Very reassuring and friendly service from reception to Simon. Thank you.

F.This is genuinely the best opticians i have ever been to. i have very poor vision and i have seen various opticians over the years, even under the hospital, but no one has ever talked to me about what i can do to actively prevent it from deteriorating further. Simon Falk Eyecare have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help me, and i have trialed lenses that other opticians haven't even heard of. They are all such a lovely team and so welcoming and genuinely care about the service they are providing. I have suggested Simon Falk to multiple people, as the eye care is next level. I have seen a few of the opticians and they have all been fantastic, but i see Julie more often and she is brilliant with me, always keeping me up to date with new eye care research and helping me find the best solution to my vision problems.

The staff are friendly and my eyes were examined by Simon who explained everything as he was going along. I collected my glasses a week after my examination and the glasses were fitted so they don't slip and they look great. I would highly recommend this optician!

They are always helpful and do everything to make sure my glasses are everything they should be. I trust Simon to take care of my sight and everyone else to give me the best experience of choosing and wearing frames that I feel comfortable in. The staff is very hospitable and Simon is very proficient in his field.
This is the only optician I have been to that has modern hospital grade equipment such as a topographer and OCT scanner. Both of these machines aid the fitting of scleral lenses therefore other opticians cannot provide the lens fitting service that Simon can.

The honest and caring personal service they provide is second to none and I would never go elsewhere. I am a contact lens Wearer and have had a problems with very dry eyes in the past. the most thorough eye test I have ever had (used to go to Optical express space-savers etc) The practise is equipped with modern equipment and the Optician is friendly and professional. I will highly recommend and will be going back for my next eye test and lenses.

M.Service was poor, and they're on the expensive side. Following a trial of varifocals which I didn't get on with, I ended up paying a high price for what turned out to be a cheap, basic lens - though after an exchange of emails following this review, I was offered a refund between the varifocals and the single vision lens.
In the end I've gone to a different optician, who's managed to find the right prescription, though I've ended up paying twice for lenses.

A. S.Excellent service. Very prompt response to my initial email query. Thorough eye test. I ordered Zeiss Drivesafe lenses and I would recommend them to anyone who drives at night. After having ongoing problems at night with glare from headlights and starbursts, these lenses give crystal clear vision and practically eliminate the annoying glare. Also big thanks to Michelle who helped choose a lovely pair of glasses within my budget, gave honest advice and was patient with my indecision! My new glasses are perfect and I am finally happy to wear glasses again.
