C. K.The staff are really professional and welcoming once you land that elusive appointment. The optometrist take you through the eye test with great consideration. They know exactly what they are doing here. Efficient is the word. With cheaper options readily available on the market, here the products might be pricey so ask for the deals on offer. I have another visit in two years time and hopefully my eyes should still be good enough for another pair of varifocals.
R. O.Had to wait 55 minutes (after being asked to arrive 10 minutes early) for an eye test. No apologies for the wait or explanation as to why they were running so late was given. I'm guessing they were short staffed but who knows. Opticians are always very nice though.

From the greeter to the Optician to the fitter , a wonderful service with a smile. A lovely selection of spectacles. Great care taken after each customer has touched the glasses on display and not returned until fully and hygienically cleaned. I am very pleased that "I went to Specsavers!"

D. A.Staff are lovely! Opticians really good. He was able to pick up my last prescription was wrong and I've been using the wrong glasses for over a year! Definitely recommend this specsavers. The only thing I will mention is the variety of frames but I understand as a small branch they are limited on space.

I saw Mark who was exceptionally skilled at his job, he was really knowledgable and now my glasses fit more perfectly than they have ever done. Loads of thanks to Mark, he is amazing. All tests were carried out, with the good standard s as normal. I felt very safe and the staff were helpful and friendly, as I say just like normal, and I have been with Specsavers for many yrs.

Optician Chris did a very thorough job and explained everything to me throughout the appointment. I was absolutely delighted to be treated so well and I have to say its one of the best experiences I've ever had at an opticians. S.Pleasant efficient staff, welcomed as soon as you step through the door. Promptly seen to...I was taken into a room had a couple of eye tests. Sat back in the waiting area optician called me in for eye test after approx 5 mins, thorough test done, needed a new prescription so was shown appropriate glasses that would suit me. Paid for them and will be ready in a weeks time .. I would definitely recommend them.

N. M.Everything was done to minimise contact and I was able to stay masked and gloved throughout as were the 3 staff members I dealt with whilst I was there. All surfaces are regularly sanitised and hand sanitiser was available on arrival. Distancing measures and one way systems are in place.
