D. J. W.Called in today cos my specs keep sliding down my nose !! It was quite busy so I was expecting a wait . Went to reception and reported the problem . I was seen straight away and taken to a kiosk . Specs taken and sorted !! Now that’s service .
Now I know why I keep coming here ! Entrance is via Morrisons and is flat and level throughout. Room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and fit under a desk . No problems with access anywhere . Staff are brilliant and very helpful .
No WC here but there are in Morrisons , including disabled.
Plenty of disabled parking in Morrisons car park .

B. G.The staff are always lovely and helpful and they are usually quick and efficient. My issue is that my glasses are likely needing to be replaced within a year already. The anti glare is coming off and despite having my eyes checked again, they claim there is nothing wrong, except I have a large blur across my left eye!
The kid's glasses are top notch and they were helpful in explaining our choices.
R. M.Usual SpecSavers shop, not much to differentiate this store from any other really as that's just how they all are, except the staff, who I can honestly say were all really lovely. Everyone that I dealt with from the greeting to first walking in, to the optometrist to the sales consultant who helped us choose our frames and lenses, all absolutely terrific. Would happily revisit for myself and my two boys, thank you :-)

I owe them my gratitude as they found a condition in my eye which is now being treated so they are definitely good at what they do. Efficient and professional in a clean and comfortable environment.
The store is tagged onto a local Morrissons store so there is parking and it is easy to get to. It is a particularly busy branch and this is where I start to get critical.
The seating is not great. I start to struggle very quickly as it is cramped and the chairs are at funny angles. They cram in so many appointments that there is frequently not enough space to sit.
Most of the staff are great but there are one or two that I have had queries with and one that I will not allow to serve me after I believe she tried to oversell my friend recently. The dispensing manager is very professional and I would recommend this store because I believe she would sort any issue that arose in the same way that she dealt with mine.

A. R.I had an Eye Health Check this morning after some concerns about my eyes. It was great value for money and I had several in depth tests and was examined by a knowledgeable optician who gave good advice and dealt with my concerns. Much better than going to my GP.
