The staff and service here are absolutely fasntastic. The chap that helped me choose my glasses was so patient and helpful, and the lady that fitted my new glasses today might be the most infectiously bubbly person I've ever met! 100% recommend this store

I've been going here for years and use them for both glasses and contact lenses. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they have a pretty good range of frames. I wanted some yellow tints for driving at night and they sourced a German supplier for me. Be careful where you park, Specsavers only have a few of the car parking spaces which are marked clearly, if you park anywhere else you'll be in a whole world of pain with the landlords parking Gestapo.

Great staff and service. Maybe make it clear at the entrance that the 'ticket' that they issue to park outside the store isn't for any parking space! Turned out to be a very expensive pair of glasses when I took my son to pick his up as I pulled into what turned out to be disabled space ( a genuine error) and as I was waiting outside for the 'ticket' to be given, photos were taken by UKCPS and £60 fine ( even though I explained that I was picking up a ticket to park in what I thought to be any parking space!!)

Genuinely faultless service. I know too many 5-star reviews can look suspect in this age of paid for reviews, but this is genuine. I have literally just got my glasses from them and it couldn't have been easier. I went through the whole battery of tests and a week later have two pairs of glasses for the price of £69. Reading is now much easier.

polite staff however was made to feel uncomfortable when asking for pupillary distance for financial reasons, i was told there was a £25 charge which i dont know is true as specsavers have a tutorial on their own website telling you how to measure it yourself!? whether it is or isn't, i felt awkward and lied to

I had a great experience at Specsavers Headingley. As soon as I walked through the door the staff were considerate and friendly. My eye test was conducted efficiently by the optometrist and he quickly answered any questions I had. I'd also like to thank the optical assistant Beatriz for her efforts finding me the correct glasses, glasses case, and prescription even through my awkwardness in making decisions. Beatriz shared her expertise on glasses and offered excellent customer service, making sure I was happy with the pair I selected. She was polite and kind, both to me and my mum. My glasses arrived after about five days. I now have a great pair of glasses, and they have already come in use blocking out the glare and letting my eyes have a rest. I highly recommend Specsavers Headingley.

None of the other opticians in Headingley had what I wanted, ended up passing so thought I'd have a look here. The lady who helped me rang my usual store got my prescription, turned out I was overdue an eye test also, sorted one out for me there and then and helped me decide which frames to get. Cant speak highly enough about this particular specsavers....booked an appointment online got one for the following day.....so hard to park in headingley. But the shop has three parking spaces and gave me a ticket to display in my car.... Everyone was smiley and extremely helpful. Sophia did my eye test....so helpful, and kind. And Pooja did everything else. So thorough....helpful beyond words...dont waste time book now...truly they were amazing AND a week and my glasses and sunglasses will be ready. SPECSAVERS you certainly have two little Gems in this store Thank you Ladies x
